My hair is wavy naturally, with this lotion I can have good tight to medium curls. Use after washing and can refresh on damp hair until next washing. Curls are soft and springy, not crispy! I recommend this product. It bought out my curl and didn’t leave it fizzy. If you like more hold then I would add another product as well. This does leave your hair soft and curly.

I am Caucasian with very fine, thin 2B/2C long hair. I’m starting off with that because this clearly works well for most people but if you were at the back of the line when they were giving out the luscious locks as I was, I don’t think this is your jam.
It smells incredible. Like, I would wear a body lotion or perfume of this any day. The consistency is great- sort of a creme mixed with a gel. And when I first put it in and scrunch and let my hair air dry, I loved it! But as soon as I had to comb or brush it, out the waves fell. Even when I managed to look semi presentable without brushing, it fell flat within hours. It did leave my barely bent hair smooth as silk, which would be amazing if I had a decent amount of hair, but when you are dealing with fine hair that breaks easily and not much of it, smooth as silk means it looks like almost no hair.
TL;DR- You lucky ducks with thick hair, coarse hair, 3A and up hair, snap this up! Those of us with just waves and especially with thin fine hair, the search continues…

As I read the reviews prior to making my first purchase of Marc Anthony hair products, I thought ‘Sure…this can’t be THAT good,’ I made the purchase and I now say ‘THIS IS GREAT!!!!’ It does far more than I expected it to do with the results being consistent! I cannot imagine ever buying another hair product for this application again.
I have curly hair (permed when it is a bit longer) and am beyond delighted with this product.
Any hesitations can be put to rest with a purchase and usage. (I am in my 70’s and have yet to purchase something I feel this strongly about for my hair. The cost is more than doable and this will last me for a long, long time. The scent is lower than mild, almost a citrus scent yet barely noticeable.)
