I tried this pallet all by itself. It was WAY too shiny. I looked like I was sweating glitter. Then I washed it off, put my old foundation on and used the highlighters to accent my foundation. This was not as described in my opinion. I would not remark it felt like butter and was a great travel kit. I certainly used it with my existing routine and the eye shadow colors were nice…so over all I was happy. But, for a highlighter only, $50-60 was over priced.

Soooo….so much gold glitter. In everything and no way to tone it down. Not at all flattering to someone who is 54. I love the idea of the palette because it basically has everything – blush, bronzer, eye shadow. They need to come up with a version with matte bronzer, highlighter, and blush. Love the eye shadows but not enough to keep it. Same for the spackle primer. I am so disappointed.

I hadn’t updated my makeup routine in awhile – (gasp) quite awhile. I can fully commit to bronzer and highlighter but remain on the fence with a full-face contour sort of thing, so I was in search of something natural and pretty, but still capable of a scaled down going-out look just in case.
I think I actually found what I was looking for. I like that this set combines many products so I can try them all. The pigment of the bronzer and blush is moderate but I can apply them lightly. The two highlighters look similar in the packaging but are very different on; the sparkles look good above the cheek bones or to wear out in the evenings. These palates are soft, blend well and don’t streak. Nothing is sticky or greasy and I end with a clean feel on my skin, which is exactly what I hoped for.
I am in my 50s with healthy, smooth skin. I like my skin but I primarily want to look put together instead of made-up, and this collection seems really well suited for my age. Good neutral colors too.

Get compliments all the time. After applying I feel like I have been kissed by the sun. She also gives you tips for applying the makeup which is great. It last long. Blends well. Stays on all day. I finally found a makeup that is fit for mature skin. LOVE THIS! Great value for money.
