I have an overall one star because the “Quality” is very poor.
I owned these glasses for only 8-months and one of the arms fell off mid arm.
I have never done anything with these glasses other than put them on in bed and stake them off in the morning,
I have always kept them in the case. Never mishandled them.
I went to put them on last night and one of the arms just came apart mid arm.
The arm literaaly came apart as if it were never attached.

I bought these glasses and since I need perscription glasses I brought the little inserts to Costco optical to put in the lenses. Costco looked at the night glasses and was impressed with them. Costco said they and most “big box” optical stores will not make custom lenses for those inserts. He told me to go to an independanct optical store. I did and they made up the lenses. They did an excellent job and now I can use these night glasses and watch the tv or just relax and be able to see. I’m glad I invested in them. They help me to relax in the evening.

Edit 2: The manufacturer had not been repsonding to my messages in complaint, and I eventually reached out to the manufacturer to see about buying replacement parts for the glasses, and at that point they did send me replacement arms. Those have luckily held up pretty well since. I still can’t pop the review up higher than this because of the initial breaking and difficulty getting help from the company, but I would still recommend them at this point.
Edit: These glasses were great, but they broke within a few weeks, which makes them very expensive and useless. I was very happy with them until then but can no longer recommend them to patients or friends. I only wore them before bed, so they had no unusual wear at all.

Well made, comfortable fit, and I can feel a deeper sleep immediately. The only reason it’s not 5 stars, is that while it has a padded later around the rib with air vents so that it can block peripheral light from hitting your eye and keep air flow…the glasses would need to have a goggle strap to actually hold that against your face, so peripheral light does get in. I’d like to see a way to have it comfortably fit to my face to keep out peripheral light, given the purpose of the glasses. That said, I’m still very happy with them and glad I didn’t go for a knock off brand.

First impression, it does darken all the lights and prepare me well for sleep
But I quickly realized that it can’t work together with frame glasses. That greatly limited its usage. The only scenario it makes sense is to wear it in the bed when I don’t need to read or look at anything.
Also, I have a typical female east asian face. It doesn’t fit me well

Los llevo usando unas semanas y ayudan bastante antes de dormir, son muy relajantes para la vista aunque si toma tiempo acostumbrarse a ellos. La calidad no es muy buena, son de plástico pero no he tenido ningún problema con ellos.

This product follows the science of blocking out all wave lengths except red. I’ve tried many products and this is by far the most comfortable and has the least light leakage if any. I get drowsy as soon As I put them on. They are expensive but so is buying 5 cheap pairs that don’t work, leak, are uncomfortable etc. please keep supplying this product. It is required lifestyle medicine to make exogenous melatonin work properly in the body as a free radical scavenger, mitochondrial booster, and promoting senescence and oncostatic properties.

i love them but they have ONE LITTLE BIG PROBLEM.. one of the crystals fall off very easily… like it goes back in if you do the work… but it is def not ideal.. You have to treat them as if they were very delicate and that makes them not as cool as they could be

I have been taking multiple seminars on natural health and healing as a way to prevent illness and chronic fatigue, increase energy etc. A consistent message regardless of who you listen to is the importance of SLEEP! A couple doctors and experts specifically suggested the red glasses for night and the yellow for day. I doubt I will get over my bad habit of watching TV or reading emails before I go to bed so instead I tried these glasses so at least that activity didn’t mess with my circadian rhythm. They work amazing. I get to sleep MUCH faster, about 20-30 minutes of screen time as opposed to 1-2 hours. I live in the city so no matter where I go my house has outside light shining in through the blinds so I have slept in these which are perfection. They are very comfortable with a soft rubber inside around the eye part to close off the light from getting in the edges. I am a back sleeper so it was very comfortable to have them on and they were perfectly in place when I woke up. I have been able to sleep completely through the night when I normally would wake up 3-4 times. I naturally wake up after 8 hours which is the ideal time and feel rested for the first time in a long time. I was skeptical but splurged because I had so many sleep issues and these came highly recommended by many educated people studying sleep that I trust. Well, it certainly worked for me. For those that complained about light getting in from the sides, I did not have that issue. It could be the shape of your face but I have a fairly large round head for a woman and they fit snugly on my face with no light coming in from the sides.
