Arriva da uk e non si può rendere ed inoltre arriva senza scatola di appoggio mentre nella descrizione fotografica dice che c’è. 3 stelle perché la qualità braun non si discute ma prodotto non conforme alle aspettative. Peccato

So the whole listing wasn’t super consistent about what came in the package, and the thermometer which was delivered to my house was correct, but it was missing the case, and 60 hygiene caps (it only came with 21). Amazon is sending me a replacement so hopefully the replacement comes with everything and the prompt service is why I still gave it 5 stars. I’m extra bummed to not have the case as I just have a loose box of hygjene caps and they could easily be misplaced. This thermometer won’t work without them. The thermometer seems to work well. Way better than the temporal one I have which is a huge relief because I need to know the exact temperature of my infant, not an approximate! Over all a good product, but just missing the parts that the original description says is supposed to be included.

This thing is awesome!
At first I tried an Amazon-popular and well reviewed no-touch–the kind of cheap, weird brand stuff Amazon seems to thrive on these days. Readings were wildly inconsistent no matter what I did. 93.5, 98.2 etc. Totally unreliable. Returned.
Then I got the Braun.
Yesterday morning, it said my temp was 97.3. A little later, my doctor tested my temp by mouth to be 97.2, and an hour later a nurse tested by mouth at 97.4. I’d say the Braun was dead on! Day to day readings have also been pretty consistent.
It’s fast, it’s easy and it’s reliable. The only things it’s not is the kind of cheap no-brand you have to wade through to find it.

Our old Braun thermometer lasted 8yrs so I wanted to replace it with the same brand. I decided to pay a bit more based on the reviews that it was the same one used and recommended by Drs. So far it’s been really good and accurate. I like the fact that it lights up red, amber or green so you can see if a temp is coming down and what’s within the normal range – I’ve had to Google ‘normal children’s temperatures’ so many times over the years!
It is more expensive than some, but in my opinion it was worth paying more and going off the last one we had, it should hopefully last a while.

First of all, I really like the thermometer. It is easy to use, easy to read display, and seems to be accurate.
I dropped the item one star because of an error in the description. The description says “Included Components Thermometer, 60 extra filters, 2 AA batteries.” The thermometer was there, so were the 2 AA batteries but there were only 20 filters. We are missing 40 filters. I actually bought a second item to see if it would include the extra filter. No dice, only 20 extra filters.

So quick, accurate and easy to use. Every 8-9 months my oral thermometer would die out and batteries would cost more than an oral thermometer replacement. I spent a small amount more for the Braun ear model, but it’s a faster, cleaner and more accurate type. No one wants to have a thermometer in their mouth when they are sick. Not having to wait after drinking or eating is a plus.

I bought a forehead thermometer for $18 that had good reviews on Amazon a while back. Always thought it was inaccurate, it would read green no matter how bad you felt. Bought this Braun in-ear model that cost $34 more and it came to the door in 2 hours. Guess what, it’s accurate, and pretty easy to use. I felt like I had a fever, but not bad. The Braun consistently read in the yellow on me, 99.9-100.3. My wife, who felt fine, consistently in the green, 98.2-98.6. The old thermometer read 98.3-98.6 on us both, in the green, as usual, so I threw it away. I believe this Braun thermometer is accurate, and really that’s what you’re looking for in a thermometer.
