I got this for my daughter (year and a half old) because she has been obsessed with baby dolls lately so this was perfect! she was very excited and loves it. My only issues and reason for the three stars is the box itself wasn’t damaged and was taped shut upon arrival however when I opened the box the product had dirt all over the parts I’m not sure how dirt and debris got inside as I said the box was entirely taped shut and the package wasn’t damaged on the outside of the box.. it wasn’t a big deal I just cleaned it off and used Lysol then wiped that off after it sat a few minutes. After it was put together carefully and as instructions followed I realized one end of the high chair tray did not hold in the spot the other side did so the tray doesn’t fully connect because the mold for the tray end is slightly smaller than the mold that it clicks into on the seat of the high chair and the mold for the mobile piece doesn’t fit in the hole it’s meant to above the crib top either, I have tried multiple times and had other family members try hoping a different strength could get it to pop in and stick but it won’t the mold just doesn’t line up with the part for the mobile piece which unfortunately meant we couldn’t use it on the crib, it just falls and won’t stay in. Aside from those minor problems; my daughter absolutely loves this product and if the condition of the pieces and product cleanliness would’ve been a bit better it would have been 100% worth the price for this product

I think many of these reviews are unfair. Is this baby doll nursery Step2 quality? No, it’s also not $50-$80 like it’s competitors, FOR THE PRICE it’s a great toy, my daughter loves it and I love the price! I paid $18 for it and it’s a good generic alternative for the more expensive doll nurseries. It’s not super sturdy, it’s not super big (around 2-2.5 feet tall or so), it was slightly difficult to put together, I had to use a pencil eraser on a couple scuffs, for the price I’m definitely not complaining, it looks more expensive than it was, totally worth it. Overall we’re all happy with this purchase! If you want a big nursery that’s easy to put together, super sturdy, high quality, able to pass down when it’s no longer played with, buy the name brand. If you want a doll nursery your child will love, that’s best for children under 6 because it’s not huge, that probably won’t last 5 years but is good enough for now and doesn’t break your bank, buy this one!

I read many of the negative reviews but decided to take my chances and order anyway. I am so happy I did! It took me under an hour – with several breaks in between assembly of sections – and everything snapped perfectly into place! The box was missing one of the mobile “cloud” accessory pieces, but I will customize it with a hand made piece and will use a photo sticker of my granddaughter to hang in its place. I have yet to give it a wipe with a cloth but it came as shown, very clean, and after assembly it’s sturdy. My advice: Take your time and don’t rush the assembly. Your patience and effort will be rewarded. Totally a bargain for the price. I had my heart set on this nursery set for my granddaughter and my heart is happy I got it and trust she will love it too! ❤️💕

This company has no care for their products. I should have read reviews first. Every piece is dirty or scuffed or warped or covered in sand?!? Parts are already snipped apart like someone else attempted to build it and returned it. It came with the wrong part, missing the moon and given 2 clouds for mobile, so I guess I’ll shove the moon sticker on the cloud…..pure (insert swear word)
On a positive note, my 2 year old won’t know the difference!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this after reading some of the reviews. But I decided to go ahead and order it… it’s for my 19 month old daughter so it’s not like I needed something pricey as it’s eventually going to be buried under a bunch of her other toys anyways.
So like some other reviews noted:
1) the plastic is thin. To me, this is not a big deal. The crib is sturdy enough to hold multiple dolls and has never fallen apart. Quality is good and it does the job. Again, this is for my 19 month old daughter – I’m not going to spend $60+ for a high end doll crib, she wouldn’t notice the difference.
2) some of my pieces had black scuff marks on them. But it didn’t bother me… I just gave it a wipe down. The scuff marks were minor and not very noticeable once put together.
3) I disagree with some reviews that it was difficult to assemble. It wasn’t difficult to put together. You have to cut the pieces off the plastic – not a huge deal. This took 2 min to do. Then you have to snap the pieces together. I had to get my husband to help snap a few pieces together as I didn’t have the strength to do it. It took me a total of 10 min (or even less I think) to put together.
4) one piece was missing (the faucet for the sink). I reached out to the seller, and they quickly shipped another one over to me, no questions asked.
I’m very happy I bought this. My daughter absolutely LOVES this crib. She can fit 2 dolls in the crib and puts her third one in the high chair. It’s sitting in our family room beside her Step2 kitchen and it’s super cute to watch her pretend to cook a meal for her dolls and then put them to bed in the crib. And honestly, out of all of her toys my daughter plays with her crib the most!

I like the crib look I brought this to replace a Christmas gift I crib set with doll included very popular on but extremely cheaply made with different small pieces. I looked for days to find a replacement set but realized I had to buy the doll and crib separately. I found a beautiful “American girl”type doll to with the crib. It easy to put together as it is easy to break apart my 1 son likes to pull pieces apart so I wish some of it was made together I think I will glue the whole thing. I brought it used a part of the mobile was broken but that was it I saved $6 so no complaints there. I like they have cleverly put a high chair on the one side and a sink on the other I think the design is genius. It Saves space to have toys like this so you don’t have separate things of everything for baby dolls.
I gave this 4 star because of construction it would have been a 5 if they molded most of it together so it would stay together.

This was a gift and I was very happy with it but I will say the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. Guess that’s a shipping issue not company issue

Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to purchase this based solely on the inexpensive price. And I’m so glad I did! I don’t know if there is better quality control now because of all the bad reviews or what, but our set included all pieces very clearly marked, easy to follow assembly instructions, and was a breeze to put together.
My expectations were originally quite low because some of the pieces did arrive a bit dirty and the product box wasn’t in “gift worthy” shape (as others have mentioned). I also didn’t expect to have to cut so many cluster parts. It reminded me of cheap plastic toys that are still connected by a plastic “skeleton” – not something you would associate with a nursery set like this. But once all the pieces are cut apart, they really did just snap into place with no trouble.
You’re not getting Fisher Price or Little Tikes quality here, but you’re also not paying FP or LT prices. So for the cost, I’m incredibly pleased. I expect it to outlast my daughter’s interest in playing “mommy & babies” and would absolutely recommend it. As long as you make sure that all the pieces are accounted for, then there should be no problems!

Honestly this item was pretty awful from the start to current life with it. Unfortunately it was a birthday present for my daughter that I bought too far in advance so I couldn’t return it. I planned on putting this together and gifting it to her as a birthday present but boy was I in for a surprise after opening the box! I literally didnt give it to her even on her birthday after attempting to put it together for her. I had to walk away and come back to it a few days later because how annoyed I was with what I received. I’m not sure if it mentions it in the description but this flimsy toy comes with parts/pieces you have to cut apart from one another. Do you know how impossible it is to make smooth seamless cuts on these plastic pieces? Well if you buy this you will find out soon enough. All of the pieces you have to cut apart have sharp edges after cutting them off yourself (not great for little kids to play with). Also majority of the parts are extremely crooked when you recieve them. And then once the item is fully assembled the parts continue to pop out of the socket. I know this wasn’t super expensive but based on the pictures and being American made I sure had much higher hopes than what I received. Basically spend the extra few dollars and get a much better quality item than throwing away almost $40 on this one! It will save you more in the long run! P.s. some of the parts I received also look like they were ran over before being boxed. Skidmarks across several of the pieces….come on.
