The groomer is very quiet and works well. There were broken and missing parts in my first attempt to purchase, had to return and get replacement which came n good time and product was all there and not broken. Good groomer for small dogs.

After having some difficulties at my groomer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and buy some new equipment to groom my two pomeranians at home. This kit was the perfect size with multiple attachments and I was extremely pleased with the results of using the clippers and all three size attachments. It was quiet, easy to use and comfortable to hold.
The nail grinder attachment was broken (as I’ve seen in a few other reviews), so I reached out to the oneisall support team by email, providing them my order number, date of order, model number and a picture of the problem part. Within a week, I received a replacment. Sadly, it was also broken, so I contacted them again and sent another picture. Within another week, it had the third one in hand and it was unbroken and ready to use. No argument, no grief about it. Very polite. Sometimes things happen in packaging or shipment and I understand that, but I couldn’t have asked for more in the way that they handled the problem. Great product and great customer service.

I would have saved thousands of $ if id done this sooner…I have never groomed a dog but I have a small yorkie.I was so sick of paying 100$ ever 3 mths for a groomer to shave him down so I decided to buy this grooming kit and so glad I did!!!My dog does not look perfect but it was our 1st time and I have to say he looks great and will only get better the more we do it and its so fun that I can try different things for his hair styles now….sooooooo easy to use for a first timer and such a great way to save $ also way less stress for my dog not having to go to a groomer..Thank you seller!!!

Was looking for a small maneuverable clipper to trim my 2 shelties feet and their their poop chute. Since I’m not a professional I wanted a couple different clipper heads as well as some guards. Most small ones didn’t have the guards and limited heads. Took some looking through the options till I came across this one. I’ve only used it a couple times so far so time will tell how long it lasts but so far very happy with it. It’s comfortable in my avg-sized female hand, lightweight, quiet , rechargeable, and has all the options I was looking for. Good value.

I loved this item and it worked so well until recently it just stopped working. Recharged, lights are on but nothing happens, it’s a shame because while it was working it was great. But to only last 6 months in disappointing.
Update* the customer service for the product is great and they stand by their warranty so if it does stop working reach out and they are very helpful, fingers crossed with my new one!

I purchased these to utilize on my husky and Boxer, they worked OK on my Boxer, however, for my husky, they did not work that great. Now she is not matted . She is well cared for she has beautiful fur. I just wanted to clean up her feet because if I don’t, she tracks in a ton of dirt that will stick to her hair I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately, they were junk back to the drawing board . In fairness, I did notice after These stated they were for small dogs. I was going off of the reviews and not the ad directly so I’m not going to blame the company for my mistake.
Updated 7/5/24, Evelyn is amazing from the co! She did not have to help me because it was my error, but she chose to help me because they stand behind their products. I was sent a different set of clippers and they work absolutely amazing on my husky. The reason also that this company gets five stars is that they had great follow through, Evelyn went above and beyond, which says a lot these clippers that I have now are absolutely amazing. Clipper was delivered with a damaged attachment, so I reached out to the company right away. As the box was not sealed from the manufacturer, not sure where the damage happened.
Oneisall responded right away. We came to a mutual resolve. They were more than compensating.
The clipper works fantastic. I love the tiny clipper part for my pup’s toes. So gentle, quiet and easy to use. I had a Whal paw trimmer before this, and it was not even close to the quality of this one!

Charged quickly. For the price it’s a handy tool to use. Very quiet so dog wasn’t frightened of the noise. Ours is 4 month puppy so trying to get her used to trimming in short sessions. Will take her to groomer for most part but good to trim nails if needed or fast growing hair around eyes and pads. Has 2 speeds I used the fastest one which took the hair off quickly with no dragging or pulling. Overall for a home touch up trim between appointments it’s great! Biggest challenge is keeping puppy still so you get it straight!
