I have a bigger cat- he’s a big boy, maybe 15 pounds or so and around 10 years old- that LOVES being outside. When we moved into a second floor apartment with a balcony I wanted Lloyd to still enjoy the outdoors. The only prob was he wanted to jump up on the railing. I purchased this so I could fix the leash at the door to prevent Lloyd from being able to reach the rail.
This harness fit him PERFECT! It appeared to look comfortable, like it fit just right.
He did figure out how to escape one time, so I made sure to snug up the velcro (there’s a snap and velcro- so you can sort of adjust the tightness) and I made sure to always supervise him.
I also got him used to wearing it inside before letting him on the balcony- it took a couple of tries, he kept trying to walk backwards.
We now live in a house with 5 acres, so I use the harness on my dog occasionally- he’s an 8 pound toy poodle- it fits Hank perfectly, too!
Very pleased with this purchase!

I had my cat tied outside. She was LOVING laying in the grass. She got up, took a stroll, got as far as the line would go then turned around and backed right out of the harness. Returning.
There’s quite a size difference between the small and the medium. On my 9 lb cat the there’s a several inch gap between the straps. They don’t come close to touching let alone overlapping so they can be velcro-ed. The medium has gaps. I’m concerned she’ll be able to escape. It’s like there should be a size between the small and the medium. It’s super easy to put on, which is a plus.
I’ll update my review to reflect how it is in action.

I purchased this for a 4lb bunny.
It’s colorful and I’m not worried about it popping open or it bothering her because it is made of comfortable material. Only issue I have is the metal rings stay upright unless you periodically press them down on the harness so she has a bit of a knock against the bed frame when she pops out- it is a low frame bed.

Pleasantly surprised how much I love this harness… or how much my cat doesn’t mind wearing it. Aside from how cute the colors are, the material is very soft and the fit is perfect. I have wasted so much time and money trying to find the perfect harness for my cat and my search is over. Don’t waste your money on branded overpriced ones when this is all you need. Very secure, very comfortable. 10/10

This helps me to spot her faster and to find her when she likes to go into her different “caves.” I take it off so she can get a break from it and she always paws at me to put it back on. We call it her vest.
