The edges on the inside are very sharp and definitely not suitable for reptiles, especially snakes

Not much of a smell on it so that was a plus,But it’s easy and quick to clean.It fits perfectly in the tank and it’s not heavy but bot so light it can be knocked over. Over all it was worth the purchase and I would recommend

Decent size for the price, looks nice, BUT if you are using for soft skinned animals, you may want to spend some time with some sandpaper or a dremel. I would gladly give it five stars, but 1st thing I noticed was that it has LOTS of Very sharp spots everywhere on it. I get that these are mass produced in molds, but they will cut your pets to shreds if you do not prepare them properly before using them. I have two axolotls and it seems to be a very good addition to the tank, but I definitely spent quite a bit of time with a Dremel and a sanding bit making sure I got every sharp edge and spike on it dulled down.

I make recycled and upcycled jewelry from trinkets toys and tin. One staple of my table is the dinosaur earrings. I have a permanent display at a local store and I do pop ups and shows several times a year. This is just the right size to be “dinosaur rock” on my show display table. I realize this isn’t the intended or common usage but it works perfectly for my needs.

I got the medium size for my 2 month old bearded dragon. Fits perfectly in a 10 gallon tank. He absolutely loves it (at least I think he does). He loves to cozy inside during night time and bask on the rocks during the day. The only thing I wish was that the inside of it was more smooth. I worry my bearded dragon will get scratched by the pointed edges at the bottom so I am currently trying to sand it down a bit. Another thing is to be careful when handling it. I bought another one because I dropped it not very high off the ground and it broke in half. Besides that it is an amazing product. Definitely will get more he gets bigger!

Fish love it, gives a place to hide for the fry and we added some real plants. Its just heavy enough, wont float away. Lol. looks great and delivery was fast. Great addition to our tank. Probably need 20 gallon tank minimum. But will fit in smaller. Check your measurements. We use 40 gallon. I recommend.

Like the other reviews say, there are a lot of sharp pieces underneath that needed to be filed down. The medium is a little too small for my liars but he can still get underneath without an issue and he can climb on top without it tipping over. Bigger than his baby cave when we first got him. It’s really cool looking. Ours came well packaged in styrofoam so there weren’t any cracks or flat out break. Can be easily cleaned since there are any tiny holes.
