I purchased this for my daughter’s rats. It took me almost 2 days to finish building. I had to take it apart no less than 3 times due to holes being drilled in the wrong areas, the instructions being incorrect, or having to repair parts as I go. I have also had to make modifications as one of the provided pieces left a 1 inche gap that the rats could fit through since it was also incredibly flimsy. The multiple levels are nice, but supported only by a ramp on one side. I worry that they will start to sag as soon as the boys start running around. The paint and wood are also poor quality with many areas chipping or bubbled. There is no sealant on the wood, so I believe it will also be impossible to keep clean and smell free. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Not able to screw on the top since it didn’t come with enough screws. One of the platforms broke with little pressure. Many drill holes visible even those that came already screwed together. Needs covers or wood putty to even make it look decent. Do not recommend for small rodents for sure since the side box’s lid has large gaps in it. The wiring could have been a lot tighter on some of the panels. For the price, ain’t bad but definitely not something to use for permanent enclosure.

I bought this for my bearded dragon. I seen lizards were suggested as a suitable for. Now WHY I assumed it would have a mesh top, I don’t know. But it DOES NOT. you cannot put a heat lamp on this. I’m going to try and make it work but that will require me to go out and buy the screen top & wood to make a top and Jerry rig it myself. The instructions were incredibly hard to follow. I read through the instructions and then just started assembling in any way I seen fit. It will work eventually for reptiles but it’s going to need some tweaking. One piece (a shelf tier) came broken in two. I had to use other screws I had and screw the pieces back together (they were glued and nailed). Very cheap quality for the price & very disappointed.

This product is the size that i wanted, definitely big enough for both of my rats. they absolutely love this cage and i really like the modern color scheme. i hate wire cages and this one they can lay on the wood and i know they are comfortable. room for multiple hide outs and hammocks. instructions could be better but a solid cage overall.

So I read all the reviews and looked past alot of the negative parts but when I started to put this thing together I understood completely why people were confused. This for me was definitely a 2 person job! I thought through the beginning of the instructions aren’t bad at all till I got to the end and things didn’t line up and the top just was bowed so bad leaving gaps which I can deal with just not a fan of how it looks. There were multiple chipped pieces and it was poorly painted. It works and I’ll repaint but it looks different in person than the pictures like most things haha. But it does the job and my ferret taz likes it. It took about 1 to 2 and half hours to put together my husband helped there were tons of extra screws left over some I felt needs to be longer but it worked. The step’s definitely help with stability as my lil dogged hopped up in side the cage. Also some of the screws were useless since it had extra metal in the middle and I couldn’t use it. Honestly for what I paid for it and shipping I feel like it should be better quality seems very cheaply made (just my opinion). If you have any questions just ask. It works though that’s all that matters.

This product is horrible! It was poorly constructed and painted. When it arrived and I opened the box the materials weren’t fully painted, there were areas that were completely chipped to where wood was sticking out. It’s advertised as anti chew yet my chinchilla has been chewing through the wood all over. I am completely dissatisfied with the purchased I made for this item! Honestly wish I didn’t have to give it a star cause honestly it is a 0 star rating and isn’t deserving of a star

The cage itself is very nice, the instructions on the other hand… kind of a hit or miss. Ignore the cat inside, she was extremely curios lol.
The ferrets love it. I do wish I thought twice before buying this though as I’m not sure how I’m going to put hammacks or other hanging accessories inside a cage like this-
