I’ve tried a bunch of different bedding for my mice. This is my favorite. No dust. Very absorbent. And doesn’t stink right away. I recommend it.

All good as expected
AKorf –
We use this for my daughter’s pet rabbit. It’s absorbent and safe.

As a new ferret mom, I’m learning lots .. no scented litter for ferrets … I did the kaybee , didn’t absorb to my satisfaction..
This stuff here, fresh news, I’m absolutely going subscription
Don’t expect it to act like kitty litter, but it is absorbent, low dust (if any) they tried to climb in the bag
The poop is scoopable and urine makes the paper pellets swell so while it does not clump, it is easy enough to see it can be removed and it swells a bit so it won’t fall through the scoop. One battle won!

Absorbs pee well and is easy to clean. Decent price compared to others I’ve found and tried.

Great odor blocking
Is MOSTLY paper
DOES have metal shards and plastic in it
I use it in my bunnies layered litter box so it’s safe for her but I would NOT recommend using it directly under critter paws. I repeat DO NOT USE WHERE PAWS ARE!!!
I am sitting here laughing. In Jersey they charge us to recycle. This is the recycled stuff we paid to get rid of that they made something to sell back to us that will indefinitely be thrown out.
I like the odor blocking…. It REALLY is a great perk. I doubled the days before changing compared to pine and the price is very affordable.
I’m up in the air. I really have to sit and think how I feel about this in general. It’s not as advertised and as I stated- I now paid for this twice 😆
Buyer beware. If you use it like I did, you’ll be fine.

I use about 1-1.5 cup worth of this litter in her litter box that I refresh every 3 days. I line the bottom of the litter box with newspaper and this seems to be the right amount of absorbency and smell control. My bunny’s small (2lb) and I buy a new bag every few 4 months.
Julieta –
I feel it is pretty good quality. It absorb well and texture not very hard on bunnies’ foot.

Best deal I have found on these so far, and they work great!
Amanda Shaw –
We have a hedgehog that can get pretty stinky lol and ever sense we started using this stuff, his cage is so much easier to clean and it always stays smelling good. His cage never smells like ammonia or pee, and when it’s time to clean it, I just scoop it out, wipe it down and add more pellets! It’s so easy!
KL –
Buen producto. Absorbe bien los líquidos.

I got this for my little bunbun. I started out with CareFRESH but quickly decided i hated it. It didn’t seem to absorb that well, and I found myself having to clean his litter box daily. It also, I felt, did nothing to mask the smell. So I tried wood pellets. He refused to use it. I mean refused! He went and did his business anywhere but there. I’d watch him go up to his litter box, but then he’d smell the pellets and say nope. Not today. So gave those away to someone else with a bunny. A less pickier bunny apparently because the little one is using it.
Then I tried this other type of pellet, can’t remember the brand name but it was not made of newspaper, and it was not wood pellets. He used these and they were fine. I did feel like i still had to change it rather frequently, and did not enjoy the smell. The smell of the pellets + his pee was just an awful… strong… combination. So here i am. I tried fresh news paper small animal litter. I said hey, it looks like pellets. Fine, let’s try it.
Hey hey hey! I smile. It doesn’t smell bad, it absorbs a good amount, and i don’t have to clean as often. It is sanitary, clean, does its job, and bunbuns uses it. He is none the wiser mwahaha. Thus: this is his new litter! Five stars.
