I got these heat lamps for my Green Day gecko and so far they seem to be working well. I like how it is able to adjust the level of light from three different strengths. Even though the bulbs are connected to one base piece you are still able to turn them on individually or at the same time which is really nice. There is also a timer control which is useful if you don’t want to leave the light on all day, it will turn off automatically. The only bad thing I would say about this lamp is that the cord is not very long. You either need to have your setup next to an outlet or buy an extension cord. Overall really great product especially for the price! Also nice that it includes extra bulbs!

A lot of reviews said they did not receive working bulbs and I thought that had happened to me. But you push once For one side twice for the opposite side and three times for both sides. Clamp is strong lights up and warms up just enough Is a lot better to look at the ceramic domes I’m used to using. You will still need UV bulbs for turtles

I bought 2 sets, one set works just perfectly fine and the other, one of the socket doesn’t work. The cons about the product is the ceramic socket is not quite save and convenience to use, it is dangerous n if you don’t pay attention while u r feeding or organizing ur pet environment you might accidentally touch it n get burn and also after u turn on the light, you can’t easily to adjust it around due too it is too hot. Next it is wire holder, it is easy to twist n adjust around which is great but it is not suitable for any other light bulb like ceramic night light that is too heavy for it to hold on, n regular heat bulb it is just ok but it will still fall just not as fast as ceramic bulb, i have to use zipper to hold on to it. Then it is the remote, it should be able to give out more information like which light is on or off and which level on light it is on, let say i have ceramic night light, i can’t tell if it is on or not or what level it is on, i have to use my hand to touch the bulb to test it see if it is on or hot enough.

Update: After having it almost a year, something happened and it stopped working. I contacted the seller, and they responded immediately, being very helpful, and sent me a new heat light!! I’m very impressed with the customer service, I extra recommend now 😁
This is perfect for what I was looking for, as I have two ball pythons in a large enclosure, but with a wall separating them! I like that it’s two lights in one, so I have it in the middle, with a light pointed in each side of their enclosure. It puts off a decent amount of heat, and I really like the option of different levels of heat/light. Extra lightbulbs included, which I hadn’t realized come with it, so I am really pleased with that! The snakes are quite happy with it, and as soon as I turn it on, they come out and bask in the light. Definitely worth the purchase!!

The heat lamp is perfect for my Russian tortoise! She loves it so much! I have been looking for a good heat lamp for awhile but could not find any that good. But I happen to stumble into this one! This one is amazing!! You can see how much time you want the heat lamp to be on for, either 2 hours, 4 hours, or 6 hours. It has three settings for how much heat you want! And it even comes with extra lightbulbs! The lightbulbs are really easy to put in. The clip at the end is kind of hard to open. But other than that, its amazing!! I would highly recommend this! This lamp has a timer option, I was surprised that I can turn off just 1 or use both lamps, the intensity of light is dimmable 3 levels, I was able to use different types of bulbs. Its very bendable so I was able to use a heat bulb & uvb bulb in different areas & the clip is very strong.
I bought another 1 thinking I’d need it, but 1 was sufficient for 36×48. Im keeping the other 1 for a larger enclosure& projects because its so light & easy to work with.

Todo iba de maravilla, estaba súper fascinada con esta lámpara y las tortugas la amaron!! Pero… en menos de un mes dejó de funcionar una de las dos lámparas. Primero creí que era el foco y lo cambié pero nada.. seguía sin prender.. luego lo volví a cambiar por un tercer foco y entonces me di cuenta que la lámpara es lo que estaba dañado porque no funcionó con nada. Realmente es una lástima! Lo único que agradezco es que se haya descompuesto antes de que terminaran los 30 días para realizar su devolución.

Mi palidarium se ve increíble y las tortugas están felices con el calor que emite. Es fácil de posicionar y ajustar la intensidad de las luces; pero el temporizador dista de ser funcional.
Tiene un solo botón para configurar el temporizador y 3 LED que indican los números 2, 4 y 6. En el momento que uno la enciende automáticamente se encienden los 3 LED, indicando que son 12 horas (6+4+2=12), pero solo tienes 4 opciones (2, 4, 6, 12). La opción de 12 hrs es la que mejor me queda. Si quieres que la lámpara se encienda a las 8am, tienes que encenderla exactamente a esa hora. Si se apaga o desconecta pierdes tu configuración, lo que me impide usar un temporizador externo. Cualquier otro timer no es práctico, por qué se va a estar prendiendo durante la noche. La documentación es nula.

These lights work awesomely. Made my RES habitat much more comfortable and they are thrilled. I like that there are 2 lights and the clip works good. The remote has a timer set up too! They bend well and and are very durable.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** after posting my original review, Petboda customer service reached out to me and was able to work with me on a satisfactory resolution. They were very communicative and concerned that the product had failed. I wish more compa is had customer service like this.
This is a nice light, the timer works well and having two flexible arms helped get the light/heat exactly where we wanted it. The problem is that one socket stopped working after about 9 months. The other stopped working a few weeks later. Confirmed with a multimeter and swapping in known good bulbs. The issue is somewhere in the wiring of the unit.
I would not recommend this lamp, due to the reliability.
