These are absolutely wonderful. So far, so good. Super easy to put together and our dragons love their new homes. I love that they have the modern look and that the lights are inside and not on top. I’m hoping these last. The one and only thing i hated was the packaging. The Styrofoam fell apart soooooo easily. I took me about 45 minutes to clean up my house because the little pieces were EVERYWHERE!

I like that Mushus new bachelor pad was so easy to put together and light enough that my husband and I could easily move it around!! Also having the lite fixtures already installed is so awesome..Mushu loves his roomy place!!

Cheaply made and every part came damaged in one way or another. Don’t recommend!

Easy to put together, easy to clean and super cute HOWEVER my light bulbs have gotten so corrosive in the top of the box and have broken off so now
I can’t use either of my light bulb places for my beardie 🙁

After checking out some other tanks for our snake, we decided to try this one out as the dimensions were perfect for a cabinet we have. The dimensions of this alone give it +1 star for me as it fits so well on standard living room furniture.
Despite being advertised as a reptile terrarium, the actual tank itself lacks a proper way to keep sneaky reptiles from escaping. We added 3 of those 3M cabinet baby locks to the outside in order to keep our snake from prodding the flip top open. It probably could have been done with 2 closer to the center but we wanted to be secure as our little buddy has escaped from his enclosure once before. Overall, be prepared if you have anything that can exert a little pressure. The baby locks do take a little away from the aesthetic of the tank. The lack of locks is strange for the advertised use.
The acrylic front and plywood back also cannot support spring-loaded suction cup perches/climbing items which is annoying as our corn likes to climb around his tank. The structure is pretty wobbly as acrylic and plywood are both pretty flexible. The bottom is wood which isn’t the best for us because we use an under-tank heat mat, but there is a thin acrylic liner included so we stuck the mat under that. I’m not sure how clean this will stay over time as aspen has already gone under it.
The lighting system was useless as we use undertank heat but I could see it being nice for live plants and basking reptiles. I removed it so I could thread the heat mat cord through the premade cord slot. It was not hard to remove as the system was screwed and stapled in.
This tank would definitely not hold up to direct water or humidity use. We’ll see how this lasts when he sheds next and we pump in more humidity.
Overall, we expect this enclosure to last us a few months-year at most. For about $100 more we could have gotten a sturdier, permanent reptile tank. For many reptiles, I would suggest skipping this tank and going right to a different enclosure. It looks nice and stylish but you really do get what you pay for.
Quick summary
Pros:
-Looks really nice, even with added baby locks on it
-Nonstandard (not used for aquariums) dimensions work for most standard cabinets or entertainment centers while still being big enough for our male corn
-Lightweight and easy to assemble. Everything came shipped in good shape
-Relatively cheap for this size tank
Cons:
-Not the sturdiest—the front and back materials wobble in their slots
-The wood back will likely not hold up to humidity
-Thin acrylic scratches so easy and the wood is just thin plywood. Think Ikea wood furniture backing
-Unsure how the bottom will hold up to soiling over time, even with regular cleanings—a thin acrylic mat doesn’t seem effective to keeping waste away from the wood
-Need to supply own locks/way to secure
-Will likely last a shorter amount of time than a standard reptile enclosure due to cheaper materials
-Some decor, like spring-loaded poles, won’t work well on front and back panels

So this was not hard to assemble. It’s plexiglass and narrow top open. Not a lot of ventilation. I like the fact light fixtures were on inside but switches glitch and too big and bothersome to return. You’d have to disassemble which would be a pain and time consuming…. Manufacturers count on that…. But it’s serving purpose right now however wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this for my bearded dragon, he loves it I think it’s a perfect middle size tank and I will be looking for a larger one in the future.
