Don’t have an issue with it! And I see a few people have audio issues, I recommend going to your device sound settings (similar to control panel) and activating it to where you can edit it with the built in audio mixer that your windows settings has! If confusing look up how to hear capture card with audio mixer, and finding one that doesn’t make you actually download an audio mixer! Glad I don’t have to double headset now when playing something on a console on one monitor and talking on discord from my pc on another, also great for streaming 🙂

So I was in the middle of streaming on twitch from my ps5-computer OBS and while playing I heard a glitch sound and my game and computer shut off. Ps5 works fine, computer fine, but now I cannot get a video feed from the capture card to my laptop. 🤔 I only got the chance to stream, using the capture card, twice. 😫

I can’t hear the game chat audio out of it. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but it just doesn’t work. Game audio and my audio are fine but when it comes to hearing someone else on it just doesn’t come through

Fortunately, the charge was caught in time, but the incident caused significant concern regarding the security measures taken by the seller or manufacturer.I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their options before purchasing this product. The risk of financial theft tied to this purchase is too great to ignore. There are other video capture cards on the market that likely offer better security and peace of mind. So, as others have said, these will take a 4K image but won’t output any higher than 1080p. That made literally no difference to me for my use case though. If you’re looking at capturing a game console and getting it into OBS without paying Elgato prices, look no further. Has built in HDMI splitter which I wasn’t 100% sure would work, but it does well enough. The audio isn’t the highest quality ever but it’s not bad either. Entirely powered off a USB 3.0 port. That cable is a bit short so you may want to get an extension as well. Been using it to stream Red Dead Redemption from my Xbox 360 and has worked very well so far!
