I purchased this product in May of 2021. I know that sounds like a long time ago but the first year we had it the bladder deformed and we could not sit on it. This was, in fact replaced as would be expected. The following year, 2022, when we took it out of storage, all of the grip handles showed significant signs of deterioration. Then when taking it out of storage in 2023, it was clear that the deterioration should not be occurring at the rate it had been (see picture). I contacted Airhead and this is the response.
“Usually for leaving it for like even 10 minutes in the sun could be the issue of this, you ha to take it out once you don’t want to use it or don’t leave it in the water for to long when its not used, those are our principal recommendations”. The syntax and spelling leads me to believe this is not a response from a US citizen. Airhead did offer a small discount on a future purchase. In any case, I could not believe a response that a product meant to be used outdoors for long periods of time should not be out more than 10 minutes. At any rate it has continued to get worse. Now this year, the back will not inflate properly.
I have given up! All in all, this has been a terrible product. I do not recommend it.

there are cheaper tubes out there , but if you want a quality tube thats dependable this tube is for you , the kids like it because it has a tow strap on both ends, we like it for its stability ,not as easy to tip over , we think its safer, and dont mind spending a bit more for money for a better product !

Our 3 grand daughters had the greatest time on this! They are young – it was stable in rough water. They didn’t fall off as long as they held onto the handles and it does not flip or submerge. Very happy with this purchase. This is a very large floatie. It would hold 3 adults easily.

We purchased this tube several years ago and we got four boating seasons out of it! So when it was time to replace….i bought the exact same one. It’s durable, inflated quickly, and everyone loves it!

I bought a boat to get our children outside and doing activities. We do fishing, overnighting, relaxing and watersports. Since we live in Singapore, all our activities are in the ocean – with wind and waves from loads of cargo ships.
We have paddle board, wake board, knee board, slice 3ppl towable and this 3 person Super Mable.
It is safe to say that this is their favourite water toy so far. We normally tow it sitting facing forward, but in this video we turned it facing “backwards” and the kids on their knees, which is a bit more active ride.
The kids keep pushing each other to go faster (and I slow them down to get home in one piece). They have so much fun on this thing. Every trip someone will get tossed out almost guaranteed, despite it being very stable. This is due to waves. But it is much easier to ride than most towable as you basically sit as if in a sofa and hold on. At first I thought that would be boring, so I bought the slice version. But it is anything but boring. They love every minute on it.
The only complaint I have is the fuel bill. They never want to stop…
Note: it is heavy to lift, especially when wet from use.
It is well made with great materials and seemingly strong seams. I highly recommend this towable. Possible to use for age 10 upwards I would guess. Even my wife gets on it and enjoys.

Worked great this weekend. My son takes a while to warm up to things so this tube was perfect. It was solid and he felt very safe riding it. Rode it for an hour straight. I have a 150 center console and it pulled it no problem. Great product.

Ok, here’s what you need to know. If you buy this tube, buy the Airhead Orb too!! We didn’t, and instead just bought an Airhead rope. It was a disaster. The rope dragged in the water and started sinking the tube and the kids went under in choppy water within a few minutes. It was horrible and I literally had nightmares about watching them sink for the next 4 nights! We were thinking of returning the tube but instead purchased the Airhead Orb. Good News!! This fixed the drag problems 100%!! The tube doesn’t sink. The kids stay securely on the tube and it skims the water nicely. The Orb also comes with all the rope you need, so DONT buy a rope, just buy the Orb, otherwise don’t bother with this tube. Now that we have the Orb the kids tube on this thing for hours and have a blast. It’s made for 2 people, however my 11 year daughter and her two friends all rode on this tube and it worked perfectly. No one fell out and they had fun! SO, to sun it up, 5 stars if you buy the Orb too, 1 star if you don’t.

This lake pull toy is made very tuff. It is reinforced in all hand grips and where the pull rope is attached. We have only used it once but it is a ton of fun. There were 3 of us on it while it was being pulled. I would recommend keeping it out of the sun when not in use.
