I should never have stopped using this product. I changed to Systane COMPLETE PF Multi-Dose Preservative Free Dry Eye Drops 10ml. Although it was soothing to the eyes on initial contact, it did not help my severely dry eyes. My eyes constantly felt like glass was in them, and one eye twitched incessantly.
I woke up one morning with severe pain in my eyes. I applied warm packs several times throughout the day to ease the pain. Systane Complete did not ease the dryness and the twitching. So, I decided to return to this product. Thank goodness Amazon delivered it the next day. One drop in each eye 3-4 times daily, and the pain subsided. After a few days my eyes felt good. It took a little longer for the twitching to stop, but it stopped. The vial makes application of this product more accurate. I don’t waste a drop. This product also doesn’t blur my vision after application. The other blurred my vision sometimes for almost 1/2 an hour. I hope to continue getting good results.

I was recommended the Systane brand product by a friend who’s Dr told her to use for dry-eye. It’s more pricey than other eye drops but I found it makes my eyes feel better, especially when their tired at night using my IPhone

Last year I suddenly became very sensitive to pollen/grass/ragweed. I could not even wear my contacts (which are very comfortable). I was wearing my glasses for about a week. It drove me nuts because I don’t have periferal vision with them, so I basically only wear them to find my way 20 feet to my bath and contacts. On top of that, they felt swollen, dry and as if they had dried grass in them.
I suffered, hoping it would go away. My regular eye drops did not cut it. I was ready to make an appointment with my opthamologist. Then a coworker gave me one of these single use vials of Systane. Within about 15 minutes my eyes felt healed. I now use them most days in July and August. I find that 1, at most 2 drops in each eye is enough to keep me comfortable for the entire day and each vial has about 6 drops. I do tend to put the drops in, rotate my eyeballs in all directions and then keep my eyes closed for a minute. Feels so good!
I prefer the single vials since I tend to misplace or lose things. I can always slip a vial or two in my pocket, purse, etc.

I have extremely dry eyes. I’ve used nearly every product on the market. This is by far my favorite. It’s refreshing and last longer than the others. Nice reusable pop on top too. No waste.

I’ve used many drops for dry eyes and find these are the best and most soothing. They’re thicker than just plain saline so they stay on your eye longer but do not create any blurring. They have no preservative so they’re great for sensitive eyes like mine. They’re a bit pricey, especially when bought in the individual applicators, but you know the tip is always clean, and you can easily put one in your pocket to have with you all day.

Aside from Rx eye drops which are pricey, these eye drops can be used anytime and as much as one wants according to several doctors that have told me about it.
Unlike traditional eye drops that have preservatives, that can irritate eyes with long term or repetitive use, these just get better and better.
It feels like my eyes are drinking the drops up like a fresh ice cold glass of water on a sunny day.
Although it says to not keep them at low temperatures, I keep them in the fridge and that makes them feel even extra comfortable when I use them.
They also help keep eyes moist when trying to use rx eye drops which can take several months to work!
