Works great and fast once you do all the updates. Very fast loading with ssd. It arrived on time and was well packaged. Fans are fairly quiet even under heavy gaming.

No real complaints. Fast as hell compared to the machine I left behind and for what you get the price is pretty reasonable. Not a huge fan of the case but it definitely gets the job done.
Alienware’s software is OK but needed a lot of updating and coaxing to get working. Windows 11 – I kinda like it.

as you can see the picture my Internet is connected but the Youtube is saying check my internet if it is connected. it is not just Youtube platform it happens certain website wont have let me access through.
Gaming wise, it works really well but all of sudden the screen goes to black and it wont turn back on. only I can hear the sound but I cant see or move anything so I have to turn it off by force. I did requested replacement, at first they said “No” about replacement, but didn’t want to go back to my old computer so I said I need it right now, they said they will give me a replacement computer. However, I realized it was pointless because the replacement computer had same issues with the first computer I have got. so I cant handle it myself I requested for refund this time so I should have get my money back. even after since I returned both of computer, I’m still getting charged for the Monthly rate. The one I made mistake its eating My money from bank now.

It moves so much faster compared to what I originally had. I love this PC, no complaints at all about it, and I have had it for a little over 2 months now. So far any games I have played I am able to run on the highest settings with no issues. Starts up quick and the load times are basically nonexistent. I cannot really give any details on tech support so I will not go into that because I personally have not needed to use tech support. For the money I spent on this pc I would say it is worth every penny. I did read some reviews that mentioned a loud fan noise. There is not. I am unsure why some have mentioned it, but mine is very quiet. You wouldn’t even know it was turned on without the lights to show it other than a slight humming it makes randomly. It does come with a mouse and keyboard, but its just a basic set. Nothing fancy, if you want something better for gaming don’t expect it to be what they send for free.

Well what can I say I had a inter i5 and a graphics card rtx 2060 super before buying this pc. It’s arrived at the date that was issued, the pc is running great super fast now I can play everything In the highest settings possible with no issue. The pc can get a but hot so I turned oh my air conditioner and it helped alote. But yeah maybe in the future will add more fans to it. I’m a streamer and I still haven’t tried streaming in 2k today when I get the chance I will try it and will update everyone. For my taste I would have preferred that they secure more the pc was a bit loose but work cause it came home ok and I live in Puerto Rico so this guy traveld some miles to get here. At the moment I am supper happy with my product no problems so far so thumbs up 👍

I bought this on Tuesday April 26th and it arrived a day late on April 28th at 830pm. I got it on sale from $2199 instead of $2,599. Totally worth it at this price! It handles everything I’ve touched at 4K on max settings except for Cyberpunk 2077. Turning off Ray Tracing helps dramatically! The 2tb HDD is actuallly pretty fast. I get about 200-250MB/s on it and the SSD is blazingly fast. The GPU does run hot at about 80c, I’ve turned the fans up, opened the case to let it have more air but I think it just runs hot. The cpu barely gets up to 70c with the liquid cooling and honestly the 5900 (non x) is a champ and does everything with ease! I wasn’t sure as I’ve never had an AMD processor and since its a non x chip I wasn’t sure how’d it perform but it’s great! I was able to finance over 12 payments through Amazon with 0% interests when it was on sale. I haven’t had any issues of anything running hot due to poor ventilation as I’ve read in some reviews.

I won’t get into the many reasons why I really like this PC, as most have more to do with the fact I was upgrading from an OLD Windows 7 model to this new, very powerful Windows 11 model, so those are pretty obvious.

When I was reading reviews of various PCs, I took notes on several things, and thought I should relay some of those issues to those looking to purchase.

Sound: super quiet. I have never had a liquid cooled PC, and from what I read, they tend to be quieter, since they don’t have so many fans running all the time. I barely even notice the thing it’s so quiet. Every once in a long while, it does a brief vent where the fans all seem to run…only lasts a few seconds and it only happens maybe once a day after using the computer for a while…all in all, this thing is virtually silent.

Size – it’s pretty big, at least compared to my old PC. It’s the size of some of the tower PC’s I owned almost 20 years ago…so make sure you have plenty of space to hold this monster. At least it looks sharp…a lot nicer than those boxy towers from yesteryear at any rate.

I love that it has so many flash drive jacks in front, as well as headphone and mic jacks, on top of so many in the rear of the tower…gives me some flexibility as to where to plug some devices in.

I’ve only had the PC for about a month, so I don’t have anything else to report right now. It was ridiculously easy to set up and run. Instructions were clear, it made hooking up speakers, monitor and keyboard smooth. I had some issues with some of the Windows apps, but that isn’t the computer’s fault. Once the various software was updated, I haven’t had any issues with it…no freezing up, it reboots fast (something no PC I’ve ever owned seemed to do at all), customization was easy to figure out. I think this would be a great entry level PC for seniors, teens or college bound students (aside from the size, which could be a deal breaker), it seems to play all the high-end new video games, though I’m sure some of the cutting edge ones just coming out might push it to the limit (as this PC is a good 2-3 years old).

For the price, it has a lot of power. In the research I did, I was looking for a PC that was between $1000-1500, and this one was just over $2000, yet it was twice as powerful as the models in the lower price range I was looking at…I figured, by spending another $500 I was getting twice the computer…and when I compared this PC to the ones being sold for $2500-3500, most of them were running the same levels with no more processing power or HD space…it felt like spending more was getting me diminished returns. It wasn’t until the price jumped to $5000 or more that I started seeing genuinely better output, but I didn’t have that kind of cash, so this one seemed a bargain…and right now, I have no complaints.
