I’m really enjoying using the pull up bar even though I’m really useless at it I can feel improvements in my strength already. It fits well in my door frame.
It was delivered quicker than expected, however I’m lucky it didn’t get stolen as the delivery company put it several feet in front of my door in full view of anyone who happened to walk past, leaving it in a discreet place would have been more sensible.

I like this bar, and it’s held up well to a few months of use. The only things I’d say could be improved are that the rubber sleeves at the end which sit on the silicon pads have a tendency to “walk” down the bar during use if you use it on a door frame with any kind of taper or curve. I have to adjust them every time I use it. The foam grips have also started to deform a bit, which I’m not too surprised by. I might have to replace them at some point if they start tearing. The caps at the end of the bar also sometimes come out of their housing, but that doesn’t really affect the structural integrity. Just a small quality thing I’d like to see improved.
I would also like to mention though that I reached out to the manufacturer to ask if they sold extra silicon pads so I could use this bar in multiple locations without damage, and they sent me a whole pack of extras for free. So I really appreciate that.

This pull up bar is great! It’s light and effortless to take down and put back up. It fits my door despite the unusually large molding where most don’t fit. Perfect for home workouts and for using different grips for pull ups. Feels sturdy, even for my 235lb bf. I also hang weights from it through a pulley system so I can do cable exercises and I’ve have no issues with it so far. No marks on the walls either so it’s renter friendly!

This pull-up bar is easy to install and works well. We used to do climbing/bouldering a lot, but have no time for that anymore. I got this for my husband and and myself to maintain/increase our pull-ups. We are using it everyday and it has been 2 months. The bar works perfectly fine!

I originally purchased this one but it wasn’t wide enough for my work doors. I contacted the seller Ally Peaks and they said no questions asked will take care of it, didn’t even have to go through Amazon. I purchased the wider version for my work. I requested to get additional silicone pads for the door and they sent it to me within a few days no questions asked.
The product itself is great, it feels very solid as long as you understand how it works and put it up correctly each time you use it I have never had safety issues. Im able to get a quick workout in every day when I can’t make it to the gym for a full workout, but it feels like due to the consistency and perhaps even the benefit of body workouts the abs are starting to show really defined when Ive never really been able to get them betore. So far Ive been using it for wide pull ups, close pull ups, wide and close pushups, tricep dips and you an definitely notice the benefit.
The only helpful advice I would provide for buyers I would say is that while they include a wrench, if you have your own ratcheting socket wrench you can install it a lot faster and tighter.

This pull-up bar is a great product for those who want to build strength from the comfort of their home. It was super easy to install, the instructions were easy to understand, and the product came with everything I needed to install it. I use this product every day, and I have seen no wear-and-tear on my door or frame. The only reason I attributed four stars instead of five is because it does intrude on opening and closing the door where you choose to install it, plus it is inconvenient to uninstall if I want to close that particular door in my house. However, I chose a spot I don’t use in my home, so this minor complaint does not affect my daily life. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to build strength and has a door in their house that can remain open for extended periods of time.

At first was not sure if door frame will hold, but installing is very easy and the bar is very strong. Will recommended

Overall, it is totally sufficient for what I need and I am very happy with my purchase.
As for feedback, First off, I found the assembly slightly difficult and a video with clear instructions would have been better. Also, buyers beware: you need to make sure your door frame is study enough for this! I live in an apartment that is decent but I have to be careful because I can’t tell if my door frame is really sturdy enough or not to hold the weight of me and this contraption. Luckily I am very light (112 lbs) and I don’t intend to do hundreds of reps — but I can see how this would be a problem for a heavier person who intends to do a lot of reps — that’s a lot of strain on the door frame supporting this.
Secondly, it doesn’t quite sit flush against the wall and door frame — again, every construction is going to be different. And it makes a squeaking sound that is slightly unnerving about stability (i.e. is the door frame going to give on me… lol). But, like I said, I think any similar contraption will have this same problem because ultimately it is relying on the construction where you live which is a variable the company can’t control. So just be aware of this and take reasonable precaution. I would recommend re-enforcing the stability if you are able to modify your home at all (I can’t do this as I live in an apartment so can’t make modifications to the door frame).
It’s a little awkward on the sit up use as it doesn’t hold my feet to the floor unless I have big shoes and padding on to make my feet bigger — but again, every body’s body is different so some people’s feet will be bigger and perhaps too bit (doubtful, there’s lots of room). My shoe size is 7 1/2.
That all said, I recommend it — it’s a great tool and I love being able to turn my room into a gym like this without a bunch of heavy equipment around. Wonderful, thank you!

This pull up bar is a really good add on to your house. It is perfect for short people because it fits perfectly in a doorway and just right for the height. If you are someone that is tall it might not be the best choice because it doesn’t go very much higher than the doorway. Another pros factor for this product is, it is a very stable material and has no problem holding up heavy people. Although the installation is really easy, the manual could be done a little easier to understand or less confusing.
Overall, I think this is a safe product to use and worth every penny you spend!

I am not handy (at all) and was able to assemble to product in less than 10 minutes. It seems very sturdy as a whole and the soft grips are quite comfortable. Fits well in a regular doorframe and works as advertised. It comes on/off the door in seconds, so we tend to remove it every evening (just in case it falls off – although it hasn’t yet).
My husband is 6ft tall and so he needs to curl his knees to use it (we have regular 8 or 9 ft ceilings – so that dictates how high off the ground our doorframe is). He doesn’t enjoy it as much, but I get a lot of use out of it.
I had an issue with the initial package I received – the were that were included were too short. I emailed the seller and they rectified the issue very quickly.
Overall satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.

Note: This review is for the pullup bar alone; the elastic assist pull in my photos is mine and is not included with the bar. The bar was easy to put together — just a few screws that you adjust based on the size of the doorway. We have it on a pretty standard bathroom doorway and it did just barely fit on the wider setting, but it does fit securely. The hardest issue was getting the metal security hook into the space between the molding and the wall at the top of the doorway — it took my husband a mallet to get it in securely. It also means that though the bar is super easy to take down (so I can close the bathroom door when not working out) and put back up before I work out — it really won’t be able to be used on other doorways (my kiddo was wanting to use it as well) unless I somehow got another safety piece. I do 100% love the design that allows this bar to sit on the frame and the downward/outward pressure from body weight actually secures it in place and it doesn’t require any permanent hardware in the doorframe and isn’t dependent on how tight I can expand a bar between the doorway. This one is secure every single time I put it up and the design is so well thought out. I have tested it, and it holds my weight easily and my teens tried it, and it was secure for them as well. I have no issues with it being stable and secure and feel 100% comfortable and confident on it. 100% happy with this purchase!
