This thing was a joy to use! It made at home frying even more manageable and less messy. Before this product, I’d have oil marks all over my kitchen, but this contains all the mess! I love that you can keep the oil at a constant temperature, making cooking things consistently very easy. I didn’t think I could make french fries as good as the ones I made, but I got the wife’s approval, and she is very picky when it comes to her french fries, haha.

After eight uses, I can easily say that whether it is store-bought french fries or homemade large “steak fries“, this fryer does what it’s supposed to really well!
It’s also really easy to assemble & clean! And it one doesn’t have to worry about removing the oil as the cover it comes with is good tight fit!
It’s just a pleasure to use.

A total waste of time and inconvenience.
The replacement Amazon sent did not turn on at all either. I sent it back and requested a refund. Amazon replied there was zero value on the return, therefore, no refund!!!
I have not been able to get me refund which needs to be based on the original unit purchased!!! Not on the replacement at zero value.
Have called twice and credit has not been granted. Terrible customer service. I am disappointed.

Primeramente no esperen un freidor de restaurante ya que este es para el hogar su capacidad de aceite es aceptable si lo vas a usar el fin de semana o algunos dias en la semana. Su bandeja luce duradera y su color negro igual, la hornilla calentadora es perfecta para la cantidad de aceite que se utiliza,su selector de temperatura es facil de usar aunque al limpiarlo se le borraron las temperaturas el la primera limpieza, la tapa es una gran ayuda para evitar salpicaduras de aceite en el area.
**Un cosa es que deberia tomar en cuenta es su cable se coneccion a la corriente ya que es un poco corto pienso deberian hacerlo mas largo algunos 3 ó 4 pies para asi poder el ubicar el freidir en el area segura y no se nos desconecte de la corriente por algun movimiento de lo demas es muy aceptable el freidor.

The only problem I see with it is that mine only heats to 325 degrees not 375 degrees. Otherwise it’s easy to clean and cooks just fine. I see complaints about the cord being too short and the plug pulls out easily. These are safety features designed into it. 👍
