The CPU cooler was not fixed, so it was shaking inside. Fortunately, the other parts weren’t damaged too much, but the silicone face was smeared in several places.
And worst of all, no RAM came. I clearly purchased a 128 Gb memory product as per the product name, but the product only had a single 64 Gb RAM card.
Why does this problem occur? In the future, if this problem occurs, it will simply end with compensation for the lost parts, so further compensation must be provided to prevent recurrence.

The media could not be loaded.
 The system arrived damaged. Strangely the box was not damaged but the computer was dented in at the bottom and the handle to the power supply was dented. The packaging wasn’t very good but it wasn’t clear that was the cause as the box wasn’t dented. I was going to let it go as the aesthetics don’t matter to me but when turning it on the power supply fans are making a loud sound. I don’t really want to send it back but I also don’t want to pay for a busted computer.
Otherwise the computer arrived as described. It did come with a power cable and a connector for the weird video card but unfortunately it has VGA connectors not DVI, hdmi, or displayport.

Ordered this workstation to use as a portable server for a network testing application. The price for the level of performance and features on this computer is really compelling. We received the unit and everything worked perfectly out of the box. It came without any damage of significant signs of wear. Installed Linux and installed a 10G NIC card and off we went. This is a solid unit, and the renewed price is really good for the level of performance

There was a small shipping issue (beyond their control), but they were attentive and super communicative during the process. They immediately offered a replacement or refund due to the issue – I chose a replacement, and it was the best decision ever. The server arrived in great condition (very well packaged), and after some testing, everything worked great. I have been using it 24/7 for a week now, and I have not seen any issues. Great support and product!

need heat – this can provide it. The system is nice, and matched the ad exactly.
i found out , who ships it matters. if it is amazon watch out for inadequate packing.
it should be stiff shaped foam, instead amazon used large stiff bubble packing.
this packing it self became damaged in shipping , allowing damage to several parts.
it had damage to the case, p/s fan area,
and several hing/pins on the inside leaving metal shrapnel on the mother board.
i cleaned the mess up, and tested the unit – every thing worked. BUT i didn’t TRUST it.
so sent it back. the it folks that supply these units to several sellers are Very good people.
they are the ones that pointed out “where it is shipped from MATTERS….”

These computers are a bit older but came in very nice condition and have a high spec despite their age. I’ve purchased several of these now and never had a problem. They are packaged well with that kind of packing material that forms to the item in the box. Good seller and they ship out pretty fast (much faster than the delivery estimate on the add). In my case, they ship by FedEx within a few days of ordering.

I bought this as a modeling and rendering computer for my wife, who runs her own small clothing business. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I ordered a similar one from a different vendor. This came early, specced as advertised, and in good packaging. Not excellent, but better than I was expecting and far better than the other vendor – good enough that I kept the packing materials for personal reuse. The computer ran fine when I received it, but I repasted the CPUs with Kryonaut thermal paste and it runs reasonably quiet under full dual socket load. The graphics card it comes with is sadly terrible, but it was the one they advertised so I can’t knock them for that. There are two free 6-pin pcie power connectors for expandability. I bought an older used NVIDIA P6000 to complete the build and it all runs beautifully. I’m glad this rebuilder sold this value workstation in good condition and shipped it well.

this is great good config workstation, I am going to use for networking practice. I have received early but broken front cover completely. but working condition till now and same config as written. made some changes added Nvidia Quadro K4000 as for better performance and added extra SSD. Thanks
