Conseguir los cartuchos de tinta es IMPOSIBLE, ya no existen…. los que venden en tiendas departamentales no son para este equipo. Y los disponibles aquà (Amazon) son genéricos y no los detecta la impresora. Adicional a que están muy caros en relación a los regulares.

So I bought this printer to have at school because I need to be able to print a single sheet at a time from my printer. This is so I don’t have to run across the school to the school copier every time I need something. I also need to be able to print in color which the school copier doesn’t let me do.
This printer has been a time suck since I got it. When I hook it up to the wireless network at school then suddenly everyone is printing their stuff not to the copier but to my printer. Even our tech guy could not get that to stop.
I have been trying to use a wired connection with the USB cable. Well for the 4th time, that has suddenly stopped working in the middle of a print job.
Don’t buy this printer it is terrible and will never work correctly. HP Smart is not smart. It is stupid.
In all reality, there is not a single HP product that I have used that will work for more than a year. All other computer, printer, etc makers are 10000% better.

We’ve had this printer for two years and I’m pretty unhappy with it. It only connects to wifi so we can’t print to it with our desktop. There are printing errors about 10% of the time, which is too high for what’s meant to be a simple printer. It has tiny cartridges and the ink is used up very quickly so the overall cost has been higher than expected. I couldn’t get through all the steps on the app so I haven’t printed from my phone. A smaller annoyance: there is no display screen so I have to print a page to check the wifi connection for troubleshooting. On the plus side it is small and the print quality is fine. Overall a disappointment. I’m shopping for a new printer today!
