Unboxed the PC. Everything was there. Hooked it up went together super easy. Fired it up had an issue getting into the computer. Sent a message. SUPER FAST RESPONSE. I am super impatient so I called them. I spoke with Ron. Ron was super cool. Walked me through an easy work around. I am writing this review on my new computer. I will be honest I was very upset when the issue arose setting up this computer. I was going to leave a very negative review. Ron got himself a return customer. Highly recommend this product and this seller. Thank you Ron.

For the tower alone, it’s worth it. Works great so far. Easy set up. Plus, I know there’s great customer support if there’s ever a problem with it. That being said, I wish I could have bought it by itself instead of in a bundle. The monitor has some kind of code that is on either side of the screen, which isn’t a deal breaker for me as it’s barely noticeable. The keyboard on the other hand is one of those that you put batteries in. Fine on it’s own, but no way to turn it off other than take out the batteries. Same thing with the keyboard. I will have to replace those, something I’m not super happy about, considering I thought I was getting a great bundle deal. I took a gamble on the refurbished tower, and it paid off, so I’m happy there. Would have bought it and the tower alone, had that been an option, and then just bought the keyboard and mouse separate
