Happy Grits –
Very pleased with the amount for the price and my fish eagerly eat it up. The pellets are small an that is good for my small bottom feeders. The fish seem to be thriving well.

I have three cory catfish that are constantly working the bottom of my tank and I am sometimes concerned that there may not be food getting to them.
I bought these to drop in a few times a week just to make sure they have enough.
The fish definitely like them and will eat them pretty fast. They sink immediately 80% of the time. I have a strong current so they never end up where I want them but the fish find them eventually. The floaters eventually sink and get eaten.
What I do not like is these are too big to be eaten immediately. They take at least 15 minutes to absorb water and soften. They eventually get eaten but the catfish tend to push them into the gravel when they first fall and can’t be eaten right away.
Other than some float and they are too big to eat by small cory cats immediately, they do the job of making sure the cats have food to eat.
The jar is huge and was priced fairly. That is a bonus. If it expires ill take it to the lake when I fish and use it as chum. Bass, bluegill and chanel catfish will like it too.

I give these between feedings as a snack to my fish and everyone in the tank loves it, the guppies and endlers, the neocardinia shrimp, the snails, they all swarm to the pellets. Good quality. The odor is strong and the smell definitely attracts them the second it hits the water. They’re too big for any of my fish to eat whole but they start to dissolve nicely and dont make a mess or make the water smell. I’ll continue to buy this as a snack for my aquariums because they all apparently think it’s delicious and I like giving them more than just the same one food every single day, my fish, shrimp and snails love certain fruits and veggies too. All of my tank inhabitants are happy and healthy. I trust this brand.
RDM –
My catfish really love these shrimp pellets and gobble them up quickly when I feed them. They sink quickly to the bottom so the other fish in my tank don’t bother them and can be left for my bottom feeder catfish. High quality ingredients that won’t cloud the water as they dissolve. Very good price too!

My fish love it! Good product at a good price.
Lesie Truslow –
My fish seem to really like them. They sink and they feed the fish so it does what it’s supposed to 🙂
Sherry Simpson –
In my aquarium I have two Reed Fish / Rope fish , they are fussy with dry foods and prefer live or frozen , other fish Jack Dempsey and Four line Pim also gorge on live / frozen as well as my staple , my staple is NLS – Thera- A but the reed never eat it , but they love these pellets and it allows me to feed live once a week and have the ease of feeding pellets , these float for a bit and then sink so are useful for fish higher in the water column, recommended .

My body feeder chocolate chip love it

Put a pinch of the shrimp pellets and shubunkin devoured all in less than 2 min, as their diet needs to be varied for growth. Blood worms are great, too along with fish flakes, protein provided.
