Provides good variety of stimulation strengths and many different patterns. Just make sure whether you’re using the TENS or the EMS feature. Battery life is good, and it charges quickly. I love to use it after physical therapy to calm down my muscles and prevent cramps, knots, and soreness.

Works great, battery life is incredible. The patches are super sticky and really last quite awhile. I’ve used it maybe ten times, same pads and they’re still sticky. Be sure to play around with the settings on LOW power BEFORE you decide to crank it up. Are you’ll be in for a quiet ride. Overall, great product. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for one.

This has better stimulation than others but lacks in other areas.the battery does not last 40 hrs as advertised. The belt clip is nice but poorly designed and difficult to use. The pads aren’t as sticky as some and peel off easily around the belt area. There is no pause button. If the lead wires disconnect from the wire and you try to plug it back in with out lowering the output I can give you a scary jolt. The continuous mode is the reason I bought this. I can use it while I work

The TENS/EMS device masked my back pain so effectively that I did not feel any pain until the device was turned off. The TENS/EMS multi-stimulator treatments keep me from getting bored with just one treatment type. Recommended!

This is my first home TENS unit after using many times at Chiropractors office. It does the job for me to relieve my back pain. I use it a couple times per day for 30 mins. The battery life is very good. Have used at least 15 times and it has just gone from 3 bars to 2. It delivers the extra power that I like.

(Initial impressions 5-19-23) It’s too early to write a full review, as I only received it a few days ago and only used it an hour or two. Will adjust the review later when I have more input. If this review doesn’t get updated, it’s because I threw this thing in the closet, which means it doesn’t do what I wanted it to do (say by mid-June).

    Initial impressions:

UI looks confusing, but after playing with the settings it will make more sense. It’s easier to try each setting than try to figure out what they do by the icons on the screen. Setting up the “A” channel and “B” channel sometimes seemed harder than at other times, with key presses not registering; a quick on/off cycle will let you start again…it appears to keep the previous setting from when you shut it off, but it’s quick to adjust once you understand it.

I’ve tried a few settings; I like that you can get anything from a slight “buzz” feeling to a throbbing sting. There are a number of “routines” and you can dial the intensity from not there to crank it up! Using it on my lower back, I can see how it could distract from lower back pain; it doesn’t prevent pain, but it does distract it…like if someone slapped your face after punching you in the gut (but with electrical current).

Like I said, I’m not sure how it will hold up to “serious” back pain, as I haven’t used it when doing hard physical activity.

Battery seems to run well, and I like that it’s rechargeable rather than having to buy batteries.

One thing I noticed using it on my lower back, it made sitting up against the back of a chair feel “strange”…the distracting ability makes you feel like you really don’t have your back up against the chair, and as well, increasing pressure on an electrode patch will increase the intensity of the jolt, so it would make sense to not set a routing until you’re comfortably seated.

Quality of the components are acceptable. Buttons aren’t too mushy, and the housing is solid enough to carry in your pocked if you’re not wearing tight jeans…but don’t put your keys in the same pocket! (comes with a belt clip, but I doubt it will hold up long). Wearing it in public is possible, but be aware you have cords leading from the controller to wherever you put the patches; I specifically chose corded because of energy loss and not into carrying bluetooth-type stuff around, so if this is a consideration you may want to look at the cordless options.

Something else to keep in mind; it is much easier to have a friend or partner place patches than you doing it by feel, especially if you plan to put it in the small of your back or between your shoulder blades. You can do it, but it feels like a bit of a Piñata game.

Overall, I think it has some value, and I’ll give it an early thumbs-up, though I reserve the right to change my opinion as I spend more time with it. I wonder about “off brand” uses as well…like setting to highest setting and attaching to leg on long drives to keep you alert, things like that. Overall at the price point I’m satisfied; though if I really get on the TENS train, I’d probably look for something with a sturdier case and domestically-made if possible.

I was unsure if this item would work for me but I am impressed. This item works just like the tens unit I have been using at physical therapy. The best part is that it the pulse can go stronger than I was receiving at PT! Huge BONUS!! It is pretty easy to use and it even comes with extra pads. I would definitely recommend this device.
