We have had this less than two months. Never used anything abrasive whilst cleaning. The back face has gone brown and the paint has flaked off all around the burners. We replaced our old stove, it had been through a hurricane, same brand and size that looked better than this and it was 15 years old, i would not recommend this brand to anyone now until they have resolved the issue. Since we are not in a location to return it, we will try and paint it with Rust Oleum heat resistant paint.

Bought it remodeling an apartment that required a 24″ stove. There’s only 2 options out there and both are very generic, I mean they don’t even have a clock let alone a timer. That would be understandable if the price reflected it’s quality $806. You can get a really nice 5 burner 30″ gas stove with a center skillet for as cheap as $560. Never again will I be stuck in this situation. The customer will just have to get a little less counter space. It just doesn’t make sense that a 20″ is $460, a 24″ is $800-$900, and a 30 is $550-$600.
I’m one of the lucky few that received a stove not destroyed. There was a gaping hole in the box from it being slammed into something, but it was Luckily on the back and there was foam. If it were the front, the glass would’ve been damaged as there was no foam

This stove came with severely chipped stove top. I asked for either a new top or some credit/discount because of the damage. I didn’t even get a response. Now I have to look at that stove top every day and get upset for the bad treatment I received from the manufacturer and also from Amazon, since they’re the ones who sold me this stove. By the way the stove is not that great either it burns everything on the lowest setting if I don’t watch it. I had to by a plate for around 18 dollars that I use now to reroute the heat which means I am wasting energy but at least don’t burn and waste the food I am cooking.

This small cooktop works very well for us as the dimensions were very important and it functions quite well.
