When I read the directions I was pretty pleased with the completeness. They were good but the heater itself wasn’t that great. The top didn’t fit the bottom that well. There was a pre-installed nut missing, leaving only two connectors holding the top to the bottom. The door over the canister area should be secured on the bottle as well as the top. it is very difficult to insert the and twist the canister in place. I finally turned the unit on its side. The cover could get bent doing this.
It does light easily and heats quickly.

I am very disappointed to be writing a negative review but I have nothing positive to say about this product other than it looks nice sitting there not doing what it’s supposed to do. I used the product once in Dec of 2022 for three or four hours of continuous use and it worked the entire time with no issues. It did not put out as much heat as I thought it should compared to another table top heater I have but I didn’t think much of it. The next time I went to use it was a few months later and it didn’t work at all, no propane seemed to be flowing through it. I put it away and used my old one and it worked just fine.
Fast forward to today and I tried to get the heater working and no matter what I did I could not get it to work with either a small 1lbs propane bottle or a large 20lbs propane tank. I don’t know what went wrong with this heater but I am junking it and will be sure to never buy this brand or from this seller again. In fact I am going to buy fewer and fewer things like this from Amazon because they seem to let anyone sell whatever without holding them to reasonable standards.

JEFULL customer service quickly resolved the issues with the tabletop heater. My first review was posted out of frustration, having received a damaged product that I could not return, however, the company was quick to reach out and take care of my problem. I would purchase this product again.

Bought in September of 2021. Worked nice until now (and we don’t even use it that often).
We run the heater off of a 20-lb. propane tank. I thought maybe the conversion hose was bad, so ordered a new one. New hose gets the same result.
Now, the heater will not stay lit. It will ignite the pilot, but as soon as you stop pressing down on the control knob, it shuts off. If I turn the knob to high and light the burner with a grill lighter, it will light, but only with the knob pushed in. Let go of the knob, it shuts off.
Even with the knob taped down, it still doesn’t get as hot as it used to. It used to get hot enough to make the metal screen get red. Not any more.
There’s something wrong with the knob assembly or the regulator. I’ll disassemble and try to clean/troubleshoot, but I’m not hopeful.
It was a nice heater when it worked. I’ll be shopping for a different brand of table top heater. If I figure out what’s wrong, I’ll update my review.
11/26/2022 UPDATE!: Changed to 4-stars, but will leave the rest of my initial review in case someone experiences the same issue (won’t stay lit w/o holding in the valve). It was the thermocouple. Cleaned it and bent it closer to the pilot. Stays lit now, and works like a champ again.

Live this thing. We have a large coveted patio and use it year around. The issue is that we live in Kansas where it gets cold. The heater works great!
