I had been looking for a good Pilates bar set with good resistance bands and this one is perfect. It has the three sets of resistance bands and they do a great job of stretching without the fear of them breaking. The bar had good comfortable padding and love the color.

This is a great little Pilates bar kit to use at home when the weather is bad or you simply just don’t want to go to the gym. I also bought a deck of cards with different bar exercises on it and it has greatly helped my at home workout routine. The only thing is that while including the bag to hold everything in was a nice touch, it is extremely fragile and the thing to close the bag broke the very first time I used it.
