I love this bag, I haven’t even had a chance to use to go into the office yet but I am obsessed. The color is even better in person than in pictures. The bag is a little bit crinkly but it’s nothing too bad, I love that it’s made from recycled materials and has a lower carbon footprint, but still feels very durable and high quality.
It’s able to fit a 40oz Owala water bottle in the pop-out pockets and even a 40oz Stanley with the handle. And the second pop-out pocket I have filled and then closed up so everything looks a bit more clean, it fits my 11” iPad Pro with no problems and could easy fit the 12.9” version. My work laptop at 14” is a bit big and gets in the way of the zipper to close the bag up so a 13” is the better fit but this still works for my needs. The picture next to the bright orange bag is my Alpaka go along bag, and the bag inside is my Alpaka go along mini for tech organization, which fits in the pop out pockets and the laptop pocket if I really wanted it out of the way. I can’t wait to make this my EDC for work and more!
I know it’s a bit pricy at $130 but I believe it’s worth it. I’ll be using this bag for years to come.

This bag not only looks amazing, but it holds a lot! There are several inner pockets, so I can easily throw my crochet yarn and projects in it, along with anything else I’m carrying. It holds up really well and is comfortable to carry. It’s versatile, goes with everything, and I’m always proud to carry it.

What I love:
This bag has one outer pocket and six interior pockets. It easily fits my iPad inside but could hold a small laptop as well. The tote is made of sturdy materials and feels like it will last a long time. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the bag looks fashionable. Great color selection.
What I don’t love:
I can’t zip it closed with my large binder inside – I would need a smaller binder. The bag looks like it is made to stand upright, but it doesn’t. I have to lean it against something to keep it upright.
Would I buy another one? YES.

I bought the bag because it was highly recommended by Wirecutter. They were absolutely right. Great bag but inconvenient for traveling. I should have listened. It is attractive, functional, well padded witj with many internal pickets (5). It has one outside zip pocket. The bag is screaming for a luggage sleeve – so you can slip it the bag on the handles if a rollaway. If the designer/manufacturer did not want to put a luggage sleeve then at least add another external pocket. I think it is such a wasted opportunity.
Just an inconvenient bag for people who need to travel for business
The 5 internal pockets are deep but not wide. The top of the bag zips all the way closed which makes it feel more secure. However it lacks an internal zip pocket which makes it inconvenient if you want to just throw a wallet or ID+ money+ a credit card. Makes me nervous that I might lose wallet, money or credit cards if the bag tips over with the top unzipped.

Amazon description says the 15L version of this bag fits a 14″ laptop. This model has a vertical pocket for a laptop. My wife’s Lenova 14″ laptop slides in but it sticks out above the zipper line. To remedy this I purchased a Lenova sleeve and my wife stores the laptop horizontally in the bag. The bag itself is wonderful and spacious. She used to have two bags, now just uses this one. We also bought the 12L version but it was too small for the laptop and all her stuff. Note some colours, like the Melbourne Black, is a superior material that’s less cloth-like. Very nice.

I love the compartments and that it is lightweight, especially for someone suffering from shoulder pains. The laptop compartment does not fit my 14′ laptop, but I can put it in the main compartment. The only downside of this bag is, that the material attracts a lot of dust and lint and you need to clean it a bit from time to time.

Good quality, sturdy bag made from recycled materials and earth friendly. Fits my 15inch 4.3lb laptop. Many pockets and great for everyday work use. Outside captures lint, but not so much that I’m bothered by it.

I have tried so many bags to keep my items organized and schlep them to school/work/etc. and this one is so well designed. Comparing it to totes/backpacks I have from a luxury luggage brand, the Bellroy Tokyo Tote is much more functional. The light colored interior helps to make any items in the main large compartment visible, as well as the pockets. The pockets are awesome because they are structured to allow them to stay open, so you can slip an item in and out of a pocket without needing to hold it open with your other hand. Two of the interior pockets, on either side, are able to each hold a water bottle.
The laptop compartment holds my 13” MacBook and my iPad at the same time, and it is padded substantially enough that they won’t get crushed if I accidentally slam my bag onto the floor or against the airplane seat. The zippered outer pocket is the perfect size for a phone and keys. The straps are long enough to fit over a coat in the winter, and there are small grips to prevent the straps from slipping.
The bag holds an incredible amount of stuff without feeling too big or bulky. I would 100% buy again.

The perfect tote for laptop+. Not a shopping tote. Professional but not stuffy. Lightweight, and so beautifully made. Has the right number, shape and size pockets. Barely-there silicone nubbies on the underside of the shoulder straps stop them from sliding off. One of the item photos looks like there is a laptop in one of the pockets – that is misleading. A 15″ laptop fits in the main compartment. The largest pocket is good for a tablet, notebook, or in my case, a Remarkable2. A 17″ laptop fits in the main compartment standing on end – not ideal but not too awkward, either. The bag really is not designed to stand up on its own, which doesn’t bother me at all.

Me gustó mucho, aun que mi MacBook Air 13” apenas entra sin case y cierra forzando un poco pero fuera de eso me ha parecido muy cómoda.

Great bag, lightweight with good selection of storage options and pockets. My only complaint is the straps should be a little wider. They are thin and dig into my shoulder a little. Also their width makes them flip around a lot and on the backside they have grippers. The grippers are a nice touch but only useful if the straps stay flipped the correct way, which they don’t. Aside from that, good bag, glad I bought it.
