I recently purchased this blood pressure monitor for home use. It is well made, easy to use, and reasonably priced.

I was looking at several different models online and liked this one for the budget and ease of use. The price is really fair for what I need from it, just something not too complicated to take measurements daily. I called the customer service number to ask a few questions and help me with setting up the date and time because I’m too lazy to read the manual, I talked with Carol and she answered the phone (so surprised by this)! She was very helpful with tips, patient and walked me through the set up. It is surprisingly accurate and I really like the screen size and size of the numbers.

Purchased this the end of August – so according to Amazon it can’t be returned or replaced no. It was it’s original 12 month warranty and we purchased the extended warranty. It is not consistantly accurate plus most times (4 times trying this morning) it won’t even give a reading. Amazon says we must contact the supplier. The supplier said have amazon exchange it. Amazon doesn’t give us that option as they said it’s past the date for returning it. The supplier said we can pay $8+ dollars to ship it to them and send a prepaid $8+ envelope with it as they don’t pay shipping either way. Why would we want to pay over $17.00 for them to send us another exact model or repair this one when it only cost $34.99 when we bought it AND is now on sale for $22.99? Carol (the mfger. representative who returned our call) did suggest another more expensive model might be better. Really? After this experience do you think I’ll buy another of your products?
Amazon customer service, Ashi (from Jamacia) (I’m sure I’ve not spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful and made it possible for me to resolve this issue.
Also, I had purchased the extended insurance through Asurion which was useless – Ashi called them with me on the line and twice as their representative left us on hold, we were disconnected and had to start over. I am also cancelling my policy with them.

I bought this blood pressure cuffs because I have visual problems. To the best of my knowledge it is accurate. However, it is not completely accessible. Features such as date and time, and the mode you are in or not accessible. Doctors usually want to note this information! The American council of the blind is pushing Congress to make all medical devices completely accessible. You can help with this by contacting your representatives.

Tot the beurer a few days ago to replace my antique Walgreens device. Good manual. Easy to set up. Accurate in comparison to one a nurse has. Functions useful and easy to access. Would recommend to anyone.

El instrumento no tiene presión alguna, siempre da valores por debajo de lo normal y en serio empecé a sentirme mal…. Hasta que me dió por probarlo con mi esposa a la que igual le dió valores bajos y pensamos estamos mal…. pero nos dió por probarlo en nuestra hija de 15 años y adivina también sale con valores bajos, este equipo no me parece confiable.
