This bra is very comfortable and cute! I loved it while I was pregnant but not as much for nursing. It’s super soft and stretchy. It is very lightly lined and I wish the racer back was optional as the extra tension on my neck isn’t ideal in postpartum. Despite these minor details, this is my second favourite bra!

These bras are firm but still soft enough to not clog ducts. They have an awesome feel to them and they are gorgeous too. Someone mentioned a chemical smell which I can’t smell on the one I received (and I don’t even wear perfumes bc I avoid chemicals) I have bought cake for the last two babies and they have not disappointed me yet. Simply the best nursing bra.

I bought the biggest size but still come up small and don’t look like the lady in the picture who looks large busted also. Gave 3 stars because the quality is good.

I was very excited for this product, because it is both cute and seems functional for my breast feeding needs. At $55 I have to say my expectations were high, however, I was sent a completely different cake maternity bra. One that looks nothing like the one listed. It’s called the Raison crissoant wireless. It was also sent in an actual size 34C rather than the medium for the bra I ordered. As a result the bra is much much too small. For these reasons I will be returning.

Very high quality nursing bra, very pretty and comfortable too!
I’m 32 weeks now and I grew from 36C to 38E!! I have tried some cheaper nursing bras before, as didn’t want to invest. All my cheap bras didn’t last long, not sure if that just me.. after few washes elasticity was off and my boobs wear sagging 🙁 Pregnancy been challenging enough for me, so I decided that’s it, it’s time to do some research about the good quality breastfeeding bras. I came across this brand and red reviews. Everyone was praising about the quality and support and that’s exactly what I needed. I also wanted something soft without the wire and made of natural cotton or bamboo fabrics, something breathable. I’ve been wearing this bra for a week now and I’m super happy about it. It’s lightly padded so my nipples doesn’t show thru, also has a crossed back, so straps never slip, which used to happen for me. I had an appointment with my midwife and was telling her about this bra. She said she has heard many good things about cake maternity and recommended me to get few extra ones for hospital and post birth, as I will need some spare to swap between frequent feeds. She said my boobs will get about one or two sizes up when milk comes in.. I’ve checked their size guide and thanks god this bra fits multiple sizes. I also have room, so I’m sure it’s gonna fit me.

I’m updating this review because Cake has come out with busty sizes! I can now have the cup size i need with the band size I need. This is the best bra ever! I love that they made the cups thinner too (at least in the busty option anyway), it’ll be easier to fold down for nursing. The cups of my bra also came with creasing like a previous reviewer mentioned but my breasts filled the cup and the creasing went away, however I ordered directly from the manufacturer and they came well protected in a box. I have searched high and low for a good nursing bra and I’m currently in heaven wearing this bra.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Here’s my original review before busty sizes were available:
I’ve been searching for a comfortable, supportive nursing bra. According to the Cake website I am just barely a 36 inch band size, 33-33.5″ depending on how tight I pull the tape measure, 40″ overbust. I added a picture of the band size chart from the website because I couldn’t find the measurements on this product page.
Every other 36 I order is too large so I ordered both the medium and large. The band of the medium fit nicely but the cups were way too small. The large fits well except for the band, it feels loose on the tightest hooks. I can’t tell if this material will stretch out over time, hopefully not because that would render it useless for me. The whole bra feels like it’s floating over the top of my body but the back doesn’t ride up and when I check if everything is in place it still is… so I guess this is the best I can get for now.
The bra provides minimal support through the cups. The material on the rest of the bra is too stretchy to offer support so the whole weight of my breasts is on my shoulders and it leads to more shoulder pain than I’ve ever experienced with a bra. The clips are almost to my collar bones and when I unclip one side the other side raises 1-2 inches. It will require two hands to close after nursing. This will fit better if you’re in the middle or upper part of the band size range , and it will be perfect if you don’t need support.
Overall, I guess I’m happy to have found this bra, I’m sure I’ll be wearing it a lot. But, I’m disappointed it’s not more supportive and that it’s so costly. The material is soft but I don’t consider a bra comfortable unless it offers good support. I do like the shape the bra gives me through clothes and this bra is less disappointing than most of the others I’ve tried. I’m curious to try other Cake bras and see if any of them offer support for pregnant and nursing moms, when support is needed most.

I had Cake maternity nursing bras from my 1st pregnancy and was happy with the quality. I still wore them during my 2nd pregnancy, so can say Cake bras definitely worth the investment. As I was getting ready for the hospital, I went on Amazon to look for a good wire free option and saw this new style. I got it just before I went to labor on Tuesday and honestly been wearing it ever since (no judgment please :)). I can’t praise enough about the comfort and look of bamboo bra. It’s been easy to breastfeed right after I gave birth and I slept in it last few nights too. My husband has ordered 2 more for me as I think this is what I’m going to wear for the next few months. This bra is super cute and supportive too!

Fits incredibly small. I had the rust one for a few months but accidentally forgot to pack bras on a trip to my family so ordered the black one in the same size expecting it to be the same. It fits far too small and be boobs kept falling out. I would return it if I hadn’t had to wear it as an emergency. Very disappointed as I own 3 other cake maternity bras and they are normally perfect size and very comfy.

It fits okay. Just tight on some places and loose on others.

Two major issues made this bra uncomfortable (I’m 28wks pregnant). One is that the tag is super itchy. The other is that the band is thick and kept bunching up at the top of my belly, which felt uncomfortable and also looked bad under clothes. I ended up going with a cheap 3-pack of nursing bras (by Hofish) and they were way more comfortable. I highly recommend those ones instead even though they don’t look as high-end as this one.

Der BH sieht klasse aus, ist bequem und passt mir in M sehr gut. Ich hab jetzt aktuell 75D. Die Brust wird gut gestützt und der Stoff ist schön dick. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

I am a size 40H. I bought the XL busty f-h and it was waaaaay too small. Will be returning.

Loved how soft the cups are! Currently pregnant and usually wear a 34 DD. I bought a size medium (busty). Was a touch big in the cups but the band fits perfectly. Will be good for postpartum while breastfeeding.
