I bought this expresso machine in April of 2022 and it diet by May of 2023. I had few issues with it and i tried to reach support team to help me but no one ever got back to me.
First the seal went bed and was leaking and was unable to get expresso out because the water would come out through the top between the filter and the cup holder that I put caffe in.
Later after I found a seal to replace it the steamer won’t work at all. Then the heart wouldn’t heat the water at all then I had to throw away.
I am not sure if this is worth the money.
I have to say that while it worked, it was making a good coffee but within the year had 3 different issues with it and no support at all and within a year I had to trash it.

I was hesitant to buy this because I thought the price was reasonable compared to other espresso machines. We are big coffee drinkers. And pretty selective about taste and temperature. This machine works amazingly. The steamer was so easy to use; the instruction packet was very helpful. It tells you exactly what to do and what not to. The controls on the machine are so simple; which I need. I’ve always been concerned that a machine with this functionality would be difficult to operate. But that’s not the case here. And the taste was so smooth. It’s like night and day from the coffee machine I normally use (which cost about the same amount) the steaming function makes it easy to make the drink I want. I always thought I’d be stuck laying high prices for either a machine at home or a visit to the coffee shop, but this machine has changed my mind. I highly recommend it.

Had read reviews and thought I would give it a try for the price, why not. Was getting tired of spending 8 dollars for a cup of coffee. Everyone in the house is extremely happy with it.
Saw on a review that coffee drips through sides as its brewing, its because the steamer button is on while brewing. Turn it off when brewing and it works perfect.
Its meant for small cups. So what my son figured out is to take drip grid and drip pan out and place cup in well then put coffee grinder arm in, then brew. Then take arm off and then take cup out ..
I know its has some steps involved but again, The coffee is so much worth it. Hope this helps.

Return window closed 2 days back. It leaks all over now. Their solution doesn’t work. Something cheap inside is broken I think.
My previous review:I guess the machine works fine. You just need smaller sized cups because the space is too small. The steam pipe is asway from machine, so needs extra cup in case of accidental hot water disposal. But I did not manage to make cappuccino or others.

Not very hot. Disappointed. Steam wand not very easy to use. Water shoots out not steam. Dilutes milk & then no froth. So cold coffee & cold milk. Not what I was hoping for. LEAKING EVERYWHERE 4 TIME I USED IT. CRAP! NOW IM OUT A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT $$$$$

You definitely get money’s worth. But for someone just aspiring to learn the art and save some money, it’s a great product!
I noticed it did spray coffee, after reading other reviews I saw it was a common thing among other buyers.
However after a year of getting used to this machine. I figured out if you don’t pack the espresso high enough it just makes a mess. Barely leave any space after packing the espresso in. To were you feel a bit of resistance when sliding the espresso wand in. Perfect shots after that!

I am the furthest thing from a coffee snob but the machine seems to work well. I was tired of spending $5 a latte at Dunkin so decided to make the leap to at home espresso. So far I haven’t been disappointed. It’s definitely a learning curve as far as how much grounds to use, how much espresso I’m supposed to get in return, if each pull is a double shot if I only use one cup and so on but it’s been fun. The day I received the machine I also received an email from the company explaining how to not get leaks, which I thought was nice. I’ve followed their directions and have yet to have a problem. I’m not a fan of the milk steamer thing, which isn’t a big deal since I already had a frother.
