So pretty!!! My son is really into pink but doesn’t really like bikes, scooters, skates etc. however, i thought I’d get him this gear to go with some cute skates to see if he’d be more inclined to try. It worked! Took a few days but he loves it and now really enjoyed skating!! He feels safe and looks awesome!

Our little wild boy is five. When he finally slowed down long enough to try it on, it really fit well. He’s a bit tall, very lithe, super strong and athletic for his age. And unfortunately, fearless. He never stops; never slows down; has the attention span of a goldfish, but that’s why we love him. This outfit might actually save him from SOME of the additional skinned knees and elbows that are inevitable when he gets his new skateboard. At this point he has no idea what this gear is for or what it could possibly be used for. Don’t get me wrong, he is sooo intelligent that it’s alarming sometimes. But as for now, he’s using the helmet to run into trees… *sigh*

This set gives my grandson confidence in himself to try and learn to skateboard. He’s not afraid of getting scrapes and cuts on his arms and legs. It also makes this grandma feel good to let him try new things without fear of him getting injured while playing at my house!

I bought this for the wrist guards especially. Hard to find low profile comfortably shaped hand/ wrist protection that can fit under a glove. We use hover boards and one wheels….falls happen. I have small kid sized wrists and these are awesome. The knee and elbow pads fit my kids, but the helmet fits no one. I’ll get a better Helmet and donate this one to keep the other stuff in the set. (We have kids ages 8, 10, 12 and small adult female…and helmet is too wide side to side and can’t sinch down tight enough on any of us)

I bought this set for my 9-year-old grandson. It’s pretty good, but the elbow protectors’ straps are waaaay too large, and cannot be tightened enough. Odd, since the hand and knee pieces seem fine. I had to sew pieces of Velcro onto the straps just to be able to fasten them.
