    This book is well organized. Each type of exercise is grouped together. Then for each, the Pilates and yoga, there is a 28 day plan. I printed the plan so I could keep track of where I was.

    This is actually 2 books in 1 – Wall Pilates for Seniors and Chair Yoga For Seniors and for the price you cannot beat it! I have to admit I am 69 years old and was unable to perform some of the exercises but what I could do made me feel stronger and more confident. The illustrations are very helpful and made it much easier to get the moves correctly. The books cover nutrition, balance and proper breathing with a 28 day workout plan. Plus you get access to a free gift, “Ultimate Kegels Guide” Kegels work for men and women and can help your pelvic floor tone and develop your core for better posture.

    There are also motivational quotes. My favorite is – “You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.” – Zig Ziglar. What a good book!

And all it takes is consistent daily routine of fifteen minutes for about two weeks , before you start developing this feeling of good habit. The 28 days challenge program is intended to keep the reader focussed and motivated while using the steps explained in the book. The practitioner starts to feel more flexible, stronger and toned and more vibrant. A must read for all fitness enthusiasts.
