This flat top cooker is everything and then some that I hoped for. The quality of the craftsmanship is first class – just what I would expect from a Coleman product. All parts fit together and aligned perfectly. Assembly was super easy. I watched the video first then just took it step by step w/ the instructions.
Build is very sturdy. Seasoning was a breeze, did it three times just to be sure! Easy to clean and maintain. Heats quickly and evenly.
We have done bacon and veg’s so far! Perfect. Looking forward to smash burgers soon.

The metal frame is thick and well made. The two prep shelves on each side are great size and the cooktop is huge. We have a large family and we could easily cook for 20+ people on it in no time. The griddle heats up evenly from back to front. The grease trap works well and it even comes with disposable trays to make clean up even easier. Assembly was pretty straight forward and it only took about 1.5 hours with one person. I would say the whole unit can be put together by one person, with exception of the griddle top. The thing is heavy, so two people are needed to set that in place. I am very satisfied with the griddle.

If you are in the market for a flat top grill, this one is for you! Now that we have one, not sure I could live without it! Hibachi and smash burgers are our favorite meals now. It’s super easy to use and clean, coming from someone who doesn’t normally mess with outdoor cooking. You won’t be disappointed!

Having a big family, I’ve been wanting to get a griddle for a long time to make mealtime a bit quicker. Man, this thing is awesome!! We used it for the first time today to make smash burgers and they came out amazing! Perfect crust and done in minutes. The flavor was out of this world. I was able to make 10, double patty, burgers in about 5 minutes. It take a bit of time seasoning before the first use, so make sure you account for that when you plan to use. Very happy with this purchase! Pictures show during the first cook and after. It’s only going to get seasoned better the more we use it.

Great purchase. Very happy with the Coleman griddle station. It has plenty of room to cook dinner for our family of 7. It does take a while to season, but after you do it once, you’re set. Cleanup is easy. Wish we bought this sooner.
