I use this product for boiling water for tea.. i like the fact that i have control over the temperature; highest temp is 212 °f. for esthetics, it has a nice blue light when the heating coil is on inside. so far i’ve been using the glass tea kettle for a few long months every day multiple times a day. i would say it can and will withstand the test of time. no problems here with my kettle. its safe to use and its not sketchy when or if the bottom gets wet a little it doesn’t seem to be an issue when put back down on the saucer for connection to electricity. modern design and up to date. i had another electric water kettle boiler and it had no temp control so i basically settle with this one.. i always make tea at 212° and or hot chocolate and or ramen noodles. but i still like the fact that i have some control to lower the highest temp available. what ever .. this is the one i picked.. the only thing i didn’t mess around with was the keep warm feature i had no desire to use it. but like i said it has a lot of digital features packed into this electric kettle. there are options! u are not restricted to one setting. which is why i again picked this one. have a great day and enjoy your tea i hope u have a good tea cup. and also don’t’ forget to purify your water i use “PURR” faucet water filter just so i don’t’ have to bare the elements of tap water.

No quería comprar una de cristal por miedo a que alguien en mi casa la rompiera y decidí buscar una de acero inoxidable. Había más baratas pero tardan más en hervir y yo lo que quería es que fuera tan rápido que tan solo en lo que preparaba todo de mi café ya estuviera el agua así que esta funciono muy bien.
El acero es un poco más delgado de lo que me gustaría por lo que creo que se puede abollar si se te cae pero sigue siendo mejor que una de cristal en ese sentido y las que se veian más gruesas si eran considerablemente más caras.
Compré esta porque era de importación de USA y mucha gente decía que era excelente sin quejas, la verdad esperaba tantita más calidad en los plásticos pero tampoco son malos y hasta ahora hace su trabajo a la perfección y me dio más confianza que otras marcas que si lucían ser corrientes. Espero la base no se descomponga pero me gustan los botones y hace su trabajo muy bien. Tardó un poquito en llegar pero me asegure que fuera de acero y de 1500W en un proveedor de USA que regularmente son más estrictos con la calidad de artículos chinos o asiáticos que llegan.

This is a quick way to heat your water and it stays hot for a few hours if you’re not using it right away. It’s easy to use and clean. The auto shut off is great because it takes the guess work out of it. The light lets you know when it’s heating. I got the stainless steel material and it does not have that weird taste, the boxy does get and stay hot so it’s important to keep it away from kids or anyone who would touch it.

Never have to wait too long for water to boil for cooking again! Makes steaming hot water for tea that doesn’t get cold within minutes, and holds quite a bit of water! Quick and easy to use!
