I’ve had for a year now easy to install and works fantastic. Don’t even notice a difference in power bill. Very quiet. Easy to control with alexa, I never have to use the remote which is nice if you have kids that are always losing remotes. Just make sure you pull a vacuum before releasing freon.

I wish I would have invested in one if these last year could have saved me a ton of money off my electric bill. This unit is super quite as I am a very light sleeper you don’t even know that it is even on. I had one installed in my bedroom and livingroom and just them 2 units cools off my whole house wich is only a little over 1200 sq ft. The price of these unit was a bargain I researched them before buying plus my A/C guy recommended them. Also i love how i can downlaod the app and controll it with my phone and i also have it hooked up to my alexa. Right now I don’t have negative to say about them as I only had them for about 2 wks i will up date after a couple of months of use. But if you are looking for a great unit with a great price I would check the della mini split out.

The mini split is up and running and cooling my garage in Arizona. Couple items that are of concern:
1. Once the unit has obtained it’s temperature set point it continues to run. Della has indicated it runs in low speed and saves energy. Save a lot more energy if the unit fan would stop. This means while the unit is turned on the fan will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Most frustrating problem is dealing with the company’s tech support. They only have email support. I’m having a really bad time trying to connect the heat pump (mini split MS series) thru wi-fi. The WIFI users manual that you have to download differs from the Della+ app that is downloaded from Goggle Play store. At this point I’m still not connected because there is no one to talk with to resolve the problem. You must communicate through email. They do respond within 24 hours, but so far no luck resolving the problem.
3. Customer service is trying hard, but they are not technical.
Keep you updated as I stumble through the snail speed discussion.

Works great in Houston TX. Using it for 6 months, heats and cools 600sqft of open space nicely. DIY install is very easy. Do not hook up the copper pipes and let the refrigerant run without a proper vacuum to under 300 microns and you won’t have a problem. My outside unit bas banged up during shipping and Della gave me a 30% discount which is great. Saved $250 by a little dent which is not even visible. App works ok, not being able to change auto temp sucks. We like to keep the room at 70F and auto temp is set to 75F that’s only down side.

The Della systems I bought worked flawlessly right out of the box, after an easy install. The only thing that gave me a bit of pause was that the tubing for the refrigerant lines seems to be paper-thin. I know the pressures in the system are not that high but there is a higher risk of kinking a line and ruining your day. That said, I had zero leaks and every flare sealed just fine.

Fairly easy to install and setup as long as you have the tools (Vacuum pump ,ac gauges etc. there was a multi plug that was loose on arrival not sure if it was to be plugged in . Plugged it up to female socket, Unit hooked up etc but no heat coming from unit and will not work even when heat only icon is selected 3 stars as heat does not work

Amazed by this product. We have around 1100 square feet and it cools/heats with no problem. And our electric bill went down.
