Great price, I now have a bunch of these Denso oil filters in the garage so I don’t have to worry about ordering them for a long time. This particular oil filter fits my 2009 Lexus GS350 and my girlfriend’s 2015 Lexus IS250. They seem to be of good quality. The old filter in the photos I shared are another brand I do believe. I have changed out a Denso on my GS350 and it looked fine. No issue like the filter media separating for falling apart, probably could have gone a lot longer if I wanted to.
The fit is also very good too no issues there. So no long review needed here, the price is right and they don’t have issues. Now if you own something extra fancy, or you like to run those long oil change intervals feel free to spend more. These seem like basic paper media filters and they are great for people like my that change oil often/early and don’t need to waste money on 20 dollar oil filters. I have never even gone 5k miles on an oil filter so I can’t speak to how that would work with these filters.

Glad to have found an easy way to get the Denso filters. Bought a couple and after the first oil change they seem to be doing their job as expected.

It’s an OE Toyota/Lexus engine oil filter. What more could a car owner ask for?

This Denso 150-3020 filter is a direct replacement to the OEM Toyota/Lexus 04152-YZZA3 and 04152-YZZA5 filter kit and fits 2006 GS300 / 2013 GS350. This is the (Tall) cartridge the same as the Toyota 15613-YZZA2 filter that is packed with the “A3” and “A5” kit. However. This filter is NOT compatible with the 04152-YZZA1 (SHORT) filter cartridge.
Denso is the manufacturer of Toyota/Lexus OEM oil filters so the quality and performance of this filter vs OEM should be similar, if not identical. Many people may ask where this filter is made. The box is stamped Made in China. Does that matter? Probably not. Japanese brand name products such as Denso are still designed in Japan. Regardless where it’s made, the manufacturer still has to abide by strict quality standards set by Denso.
