I had purchased a similar product from a different company and the product arrived damaged. I requested replacement parts and they just gave me my money back which I was not looking for. I then went on the search for something to fit my needs and found this product. It arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. It was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. I did find that one of the door slides was not working properly and I had trouble getting the drawer to install. I reached out to the company, they responded and then sent me the new part. In addition, they followed up after the part arrived to make sure it worked and was what I needed. That customer service meant a great deal to me. I would purchase from them again and I love how this cabinet is perfect for my office space.

Easy to assemble if you’re used to IKEA. Lots of extra parts included just in case. The unit is tall so watch your size. Would buy from this company again to match existing office furniture.

The assembly was not as easy as some items we have put together, but the directions were very complete and we even received extra pieces, which is definitely a first! Laying out all the parts and following each step, the cabinet came together perfectly. It is very sturdy, looks even better than in the photo and is exactly what I was needing. Assembly went smooth until it came time to install the rails on the drawers. As you can see by the photo, the rail provided is clearly NOT the correct piece. Unfortunately, this was a gift and assembly took place after the 30-day return expiration date. The rail to attach to the drawer is missing the holes at the end of rail and the drawer pre-drilled guide holes are unusable because I have to install a WRONG part. After this review is complete, I’m on my way to purchase a cobalt drill bit for drilling steel (est $8). I will use the two existing rail holes plus the newly drilled hole in the positions as close to those in the correct rail picture as I can make them. Oh yeah, I also have to re-drill all of the guide holes, as they are not in the right position for the provided (wrong) part. Lessons Learned: 1) Always put purchases together before the return expiration date. 2) If reviews say there are issues with the assembly, believe it! I will never again buy this brand and will warn others about the issues.
Update, July 16th: I did install the rails. The drawers would not close. After 4 months, the useless file cabinet is now just a printer stand. And my files are still in boxes, with more filing piling up. Found a little cabinet shop near by who is going to attempt to install new rails. If that doesn’t work, it will go into the trash.

It took hours to assemble so make sure you allow for that.
The wrong brackets for sliding the drawers in and out were provided. The holes in the bracket did not line up with the mounting holes in the drawer. We tried to improvise but could not get the brackets properly installed for correct alignment.
Pros: Amazon gave us contact info for the supplier. They responded right away. The parts had to come from China so it took a few weeks. This supplier kept us frequently informed as to the status and asked for verification that we did get the brackets offering support if needed.

I’ve assembled a lot of furniture over the years, this was one of the most complicated things I have built. The instructions were good but, just a lot of assembly. It took over 3 hours to assemble. I was also missing 4 nuts, but luckily, I had an old TV mounting kit, and it had the exact 4 nuts that I was missing. This thing is super reinforced I think in the box it was probably 75 pounds. I think the week point may be the drawer slides being held in flake board with wood screws. They gave me plenty of extra hardware always a couple extra screws. Looks nice when completed. Hopefully the slides will hold up. Another plus is adjustable floor leveler screws. This thing is going to be heavy, you don’t want it to be leaning.
