This Gps gas been a huge improvement from my last. I always stuck with a certain other well known brand and I wish I could say they are equal in quality and usefulness but Garmin definately beats them out. I highly recommend!

I bought this so that I wouldn’t keep on getting directed to non-truck roads by Google Maps. It works very well for that purpose. But it has data flaws. Often, the speed limit sign will say one thing while the GPS will say something different.
The other thing that I don’t like about it is that it always chooses the most major highways to route me to my destination, rather than the shortest or best route. I have this unit running and Google Maps and between the two of them find the best route.
The unit I bought is a reconditioned unit. It looks and works just like a brand-new unit. If you want to save some money, buy the reconditioned unit.
