    Can’t beat the price.

And if you are looking for a compact yet spacious bag to put in your vehicle’s trunk, or to toss into your backpack for a hike, this is the one. It’s a soft bag, so it will take the shape of whatever you put inside. It comes with a single stiff black insert/liner with a few small pockets and a velcro (hook & loop) divider to create partitions in the primary compartment.

The insert/liner is fairly shallow, but does a good job of creating a firm foundation for loose supplies. You could replace this with your own insert if you felt it needed upgrading, or just not use it and have a normal bag — but I like it for what it is.

The two side pockets are practical for using as quick-access areas for bleeding/burn/urgent wound care, while using the primary compartment for a larger variety of items that might take a bit longer to find, since they’ll be floating around in a larger area.

    Pros:
    * This bag is made from a fairly thick nylon fabric, and the seams are well joined. I do not worry about it falling apart.
    * The zippers work smoothly and are easy to pull.
    * The handles are perfect for grab & go situations.
    * Price. For ~$10 USD this is a no brainer. Honestly hard to believe it’s so affordable, even for what it is. A decent bag.

    Cons:
    * Liner/insert is shallow and the shape could be better defined. The primary area with velcro divider is fine, but the pockets are too small to be very useful, they are more like little slots where you could put a bill of materials or some quick reference cards.
    * Velcro divider for insert does not attach very securely to the sides, but it does a reasonable job of separating larger items. I wouldn’t expect it to keep smaller things from sliding around.

This bag would even be great for the gym if you are packing light. You could probably carry a pair of light athletic clothes or a towel and some toiletries/personal care items for a quick shower, and clean up after a workout.

In summary, I highly recommend this highly affordable bag. It’s simple, not overcomplicated, and doesn’t get in your way. Small enough to tuck away, but big enough to carry real supplies.

Starting to see a pattern with all these Chinese made products. The photo accompanying this listing is photoshopped, and therefore, a blatant lie. this product is tiny, to the point that is essentially useless. this so called ‘First Responder’ bag would be an ominous sign at the scene of an accident. if you want to fit more than band aids, a couple of bandages and a tube of cream, then I’d look elsewhere.

I purchased this bag with the intention of carrying my first aid supplies in it and having the bag fit under the passenger seat in my vehicle. It fits perfectly. If you pack carefully, you can fit a decent amount of items in the bag. All the zippers seem to be great quality, so no complaints there. The bag is highlighter/neon orange, so a little brighter than what I had anticipated (even better). The side pockets are also quite roomy. I didn’t like the optional divider for the main compartment as it is flimsy and not secured to the bag but rather sticks to another insert (also flimsy). I prefer to use plastic bags to sort my items anyways. Outside of using this in my car, I could see this bag being used on construction sites, household, camping, or sporting.

Un excelente producto, tiene gran capacidad y resistencia. En estética le doy un 8.5 ya que la tela se ve barata pero es de uso rudo.

This is a good little bag. It’s smaller than the one I used to carry for coaching which means it fits in my backpack better. The zippers seem cheap and probably won’t last for a long time or hard use, but for the occasional bandaid or ice pack retrieval works well enough.

Be aware that shipping times may vary. I bought 3 of these in different colors for my assistants at the same time, and they each arrived approximately a week apart.

I had purchased a first aid pouch on Amazon, but ended up modifying the contents for what I needed in a first aid kit. These additions were beyond the capacity of my original first aid bag. I purchased this and it worked out very well. It has all the room I need. It is not a super heavy duty canvas type bag, but for a first aid bag that spends most of the time in the back on my Jeep, it looks like it will hold up well for a very long time.

The Dixie EMS Dixigear Empty First Responder II Bag is an excellent choice for anyone needing a reliable and well-organized bag for emergency medical supplies. Measuring 10.5” x 5” x 8”, it’s compact enough to be portable, yet spacious enough to hold all the essentials needed for first aid or emergency response. The bright red color ensures it’s easily visible, which is crucial in high-stress situations.

What I appreciate most about this bag is its thoughtful design. The multiple compartments and pockets allow for efficient organization, making it easy to access what you need quickly—whether it’s bandages, gauze, or emergency tools. The zippers are sturdy, and the material feels durable, able to withstand the rigors of being on the go. The size is ideal for a personal first aid kit or a basic emergency kit for the car, home, or outdoor activities.

While the bag is small, it’s perfectly suited for those who need to carry a focused set of medical supplies without the bulk of larger bags. It’s also a great option for anyone building their own customized kit. The only minor improvement could be the addition of reflective strips for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.

And to add a little humor: Why did the first responder bag always get the best parking spot? Because it was always on call!

Overall, the Dixie EMS Dixigear Empty First Responder II Bag is a practical and well-made option for anyone looking to stay prepared. It’s compact, durable, and ready to be filled with the essentials you need to respond to emergencies effectively.
