I bought this on a Flash Sale and was amazed at the quality heater I got for $100. It’s large, puts out a lot of heat and looks good. It’s also easy to maneuver and store as needed. Putting it together was simple. It is handy to have a 2nd person to assist with the last aasembly steps….just to hold it basically.

This heater was very easy to assemble and use the directions were clear and concise. Once assembled it was just one click of the ignition to start the fire. The casters provided made it easy to move around. It is solidly built and the price was right.

I have no idea how East Oak makes and sells this thing for $99. The entire unit is stainless and looks great. If you have even rudimentary assembly skills, you do not need anything other than the printed instructions. All the fasteners are in a bubble back and are labeled clearly, which correspond to the printed instructions. One thing I believe that is not mentioned in the ad – ALL fasteners are stainless, which is a big deal. The last one I bought from HD was painted steel with low grade fasteners, which lead to everything rusting down into the ground after a few years. This unit is all stainless, so it should last a long time.
Easy to assemble, lights immediately, and puts out a ton of heat. Best purchase I’ve made in a while on Amazon.

I’ve had this heater for about 6 months now. It was easy to assemble and the heat output is excellent. It easily keeps several people warm sitting on my deck, provided there’s no wind.
After 5 months I had a problem with the gas flow. The heater wouldn’t stay alight. I contacted customer service and they were excellent, sending a replacement regulator, which I easily installed. It fixed the problem.
Overall a great buy with excellent customer support

Product came with extremely clear instructions in a glossily full color instruction manual. Parts were clearly identified and mounted on a vacuum packed card with an extra fastener for each one. All holes lined upped perfectly. Without a doubt the best assemble yourself product I have seen in years. Works wonderfully being easy to light and excellent heat output. Took less than an hour to assemble and a first class product.

I have put this heater on my back deck. If you see the picture, feel free to NOT come at me for not observing the clearance recommendations. It’s not going to stay in that spot while in use; it’s only stored there. Having addressed that…
This heater performs very well pushing out the heat. While the top dispersal shield feels somewhat flimsy, it deflects the heat outward from the burner unit like a boss. I wish the color somewhat matched the post, however. I recognize that it may not be possible due to discoloration over time, but it’s still a wish. Anyway, it warms the area nicely and we are going to get good use out of it during the winter months.
I assembled it by myself in about an hour. It’s not difficult and the directions are outstanding with detailed and labeled pictures. Additionally, the hardware package is great since all the types of screws, nuts, etc and separated into labeled compartments. Great touch from the manufacturer. I’m impressed.
Overall, I rate this 5/5 Stars.

This outdoor heater lights up instantaneously and every time. The burner unit is excellent and works perfect. The instructions and packing are very good. The metal housing of the base and pole are a little flimsy as is the top reflector. Not heavy material and I doubt it is stainless steel under the color paint. We’ll see how it holds up over the winter outside. This replaced a very well built all stainless steel unit that was over ten years old and looked new although the burner unit wouldnt light. Wish this company had an all stainless heavy duty base, pole support and top.
