I tried it the day I received my order and was pleasantly surprised. I can’t take pills because of the side effects and wanted to try this before considering injections. The clinicals said it is most effective on severe ED and that might be why there are so many negative reviews. For me it worked great within 10 minutes and lasted about 20.

I was expecting some form of action from this very tiny tube of cream/lotion.
But what I got was nothing, no action of any kind.
I would not recommend it for anyone. The container is so small, it would take very tiny fingers with tremendous strength to get any of the contents out. Does anyone make things easier for the elderly anymore?

I’m not sure what clinical tests they did on this product, but don’t waste your money. There was absolutely no positive effect to using this product. I applied it per the directions and waited….nothing. No feeling of anything happening, no increase in sensitivity, no increased blood flow, nothing. The only thing was a stickiness on my skin which was not enjoyable.
Wish I could get my money back.

This gel does absolutely nothing. Not surprising when you look at the ingredients and see that there is not a single active ingredient. The best to hope for is a placebo effect.
And based on the list of ingredients, this gel should cost 10x less. So, not only is it useless for ED, it is a ripoff based on cost of goods and materials.

Amazon shouldn’t even be selling this totally ineffective product, let alone calling it a #1 Best Seller. How ridiculous. I’m surprised someone or a group of customers hasn’t started a class action lawsuit over this nonsense. How can a #1 Best Seller turn out to have almost all very poor ratings. It’s a scandal, if you ask me. It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing over there at Amazon.
And the customer can’t even ask for a refund, even though it says we can if we contact customer service. I just get caught in an infinite loop, never being able to actually submit a request for a refund. What a total ripoff all the way around.

Did not work. The only thing this product accomplished was the headache I got shortly after use.
This product is actually an alternative product made to mirror a product that is sold only in Europe (not approved here in the US). To learn more about this, look up Dr. Rachel on YouTube. She explains the difference between both products. I was aware of the risks, but decided to give it a try. Disappointed to say the least.

Only reason I gave it one star, there was nothing lower. This is truly the biggest waste of your money, purchased with the hopes that it would work as advertised. Applied as directed with absolutely no results, Amazon should drop this product and refund money to all that purchased.
