Shredder is attractive & works very well! This is a brand of office equipment we have trusted for decades. It is very handy to have available in our home office to shred as we go. The crosscut description does not produce tiny bits of cut paper, rather short strips. Not sure how that is accomplished but at least it is not long strips. Happy with purchase!

The compact size allows unobtrusive placement near a desk or printer. Noise level is acceptable. Re-inserting the bin after emptying is not always or smooth or even but not difficult. Shreds expired credit cards.

I replaced a 12+ year-old Fellows with this one. The previous model was so reliable, I didn’t think of going with any other brand.
The new one is much quieter and takes a lot more paper in the bin (easier to compress by hand).
The opening is a bit too narrow (a security feature, I suppose) to quickly feed paper into, and the construction is not as solid as the old one, but overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
