I’ve been a musician for over 30 years, every now and then I pick up a classical guitar to force my hands back to basics when they get lazy playing electric or steel string. This is a cheap guitar with big boots. It sounds warm and plays well and looks really nice for its price. The only issues I found are the tuners are sometimes a bit free and the sustain on the high end is a bit short but I wouldn’t expect a beginner to be playing that much over the twelfth fret. Otherwise nothing that can’t be remedied with experience. I’ve put this guitar through its paces and it stands up to many mid range classicals I’ve played in the past. I would highly recommend this for any player starting out or vets who just want a guitar to warm up/practice/return to basics. I can’t see any reason it would disappoint.

Right out of the box, I am more impressed with this than another guitar I payed almost 3 times as much for. The tone and sustain are nice. Even the strings that came with it are decent. The action and intonation were better than expected. I cannot think of a single thing I could criticize for any guitar even costing twice as much. I bought this a s simple bar guitar but it’s turning out to be so much more.

I’d say it’s worth $100. The frets aren’t too bad. Might need a little filing. The E, A and D strings all have rust spots on them so they need to be replaced. There was paper around the strings, but they still rusted somehow. It has a decent sound, but nothing to brag about. But I only bought this so I could have a classical guitar in my collection. It won’t get played much. I’d say it would be OK for a beginner. It is a nice looking guitar and weighs nothing. For the money I’d say buy it. If you want quality, then step way up. 🙂

Beautiful Guitar. Easy to tune with Fender clip on tuner. I just haven’t had time to learn to play it yet.
