All the parts that should be there were included, and the whole set up was easy. The wheel is a little small (about 5 1/2″) but may be alright for dwarf hamsters or other pets that size.

Easy to assemble, tubes come as halves that the rings hold together, besides attaching to one another. Wheel was small as my hamster isn’t one of the little mouse size ones. I put in a bigger wheel. The hamster, aka Rosemary, seems to love her new place. She roams and climbs all over in it, when not running her wheel. She poops in the tubes so cleaning means a bit of disassembly, but it’s not so difficult. Most likely anyone under 10-12 yrs old would need help doing that. The cage is quite roomy. She could have a friend but, she doesn’t so I just play with her pretty much daily. My 2 little dogs love watching her run around in it. The tubes are clear, so hamster tv is quite entertaining. Over all a good purchase with a fairly average price on it. Seems sturdy enough to last some years. I do recommend replacing the bottle with one that hooks on with a wire. The water tube holder let’s it slip out of it. Bottom pan is nice and deep, but the top floor isn’t so a bit of bedding gets knocked out of the cage. I just vacuum daily, no biggie. Overall a decent product.

I did have to return it and order a new one (free of charge) because it first came in with every pieces broken. Though, I do think the carrier didn’t take good care of it. Came back perfect. You must wash the cage first, the tubes are pretty fragile (don’t you drop it), and it indeed takes a long time to put together. Though it is really fun to play with and a great activity to put all of it together, and it makes it even funner that you have to be extra careful because of the extra fragile tubes. Really great for the price, would buy another one again!

Was very easy to assemble. My syrian hamster needed a bigger place so I got this one. Loves running through the tubes. Even though hes a little big, he fits though the tubes just fine.

I love this cage and so does my hamster. At first I was scared my longhaired Syrian kept getting stuck in the tubes but it turned out he was just being dramatic. The tubes were very easy and self explanatory to put together, unlike what every one else is saying. You really just have to look at the picture of the cage online and you can easily figure it out. Probably took me about 10 minutes to assemble and that was with a toddler “helping” and a baby fussing. It’s a very sturdy cage. BUT… I have 3 minor complaints.
1. The wheel and the water bottle weren’t the greatest, my hamster wasn’t a fan at least. But I just replaced them with his old ones from his other cage and it was all good.
2. I really wanted to hook this cage up to his previous cage with the tubes, but these tubes are unlike any other and do not fit! I was pretty bummed about that.
But my biggest complaint is 3. The holes on the curvy tubes are on the bottom!! I’m not sure why anyone would think it would be a good idea to put holes on the tops and bottoms instead of the sides like the straight pieces, but it makes for a mess. My hamster likes to shove his cheeks full of food and bring it from the bottom to the top, so every morning there is food everywhere from it falling through the holes! I finally figured out a fix where I just tape over the bottom holes, but I just wish I didn’t have to do that after every wash. Besides that though it’s a pretty good cage and my hamster definitely loves it more than his old one.

La charola en donde viene la casita viene ligeramente grande por unos milímetros y cuesta trabajo volver a colocarla después de la limpieza. Otra cosa que no viene muy bien es el bebedero; cuando el hamster deja de succionar, la bolita metálica de adentro ya no abaja, se queda arriba y si yo no la vuelvo a bajar, el hamster se queda sin poder tomar agua otra vez. Por lo demás, todo está muy bien, mi hamster la disftuta mucho y le gusta pasar por los túneles exteriores.

This is my second time buying this cage. We had gerbils years ago and the little bastards chewed the hell out of the tunnels for this cage, so we’d been using the cage without the tunnels for our new baby gerbils. Recently, we decided to buy a second one so we’d have the tunnels for them again. Now the little bastards are chewing the cage itself. Anywhere they can get their teeth onto, they chew. They chew the floor. They chew the tunnels, the mezzanine platform, all of it. We give them plenty of boxboard and chew toys but they seem to love the plastic. Anyway, that’s not a reflection of the cage. The cage is fine. But gerbils are little bastards. Don’t get gerbils. But if you do, this cage is ok. You may want to try one that is all metal though so they can’t chew it to hell.

We just put these cages together today. Great hamster cage with plenty of space. My only complaint is lack of instructions. Particularly for the wheel. Most of its assembly is easy to figure out, but the wheel was a pain. Make sure you put the pin in the wheel the right way as it’s nearly impossible to take back out once you make that mistake. The pin inserts from the outside of the wheel. You then hold the wheel against the cage sticking what kind of looks like a key through the cage. Then turn the key part to lock it in place. I hope this helps someone as I could’ve used that information myself. FYI the key can be removed if placed in the wrong side, but most likely with damage to some degree.

The cage was very solid and pretty. I actually did not think to take a picture before I disassembled the tubes. These pics are for size comparisons. When I had it assembled, there was not a lot of space for my hamster to move around. This cage might be okay for a couple of mice or something, but not for a normal sized hamster. I took it apart and sent it back for the cage that is sitting beside it, and my hamster is very happy with her new mansion.

I got this cage for my gerbil and he likes it. Plenty of space, two levels, a tube that wraps around and plenty of airflow which is super important. It was really easy to assemble despite the lack of instructions. Very vague instruction but it least it had pictures so I used that to make sure it looked right. I really like that it has two openings, one on top and one on the side. Makes things easier all around.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bottom isnt Very deep. Hamsters and gerbils and diggers and need the space to do so. This is a hamster cage but there isn’t a whole lot of room for much, so I wish the bottom plastic part was a little deeper.

It’s perfect! My dwarf hamster loves it . The reviews scared me but it came in perfect condition . I think whoever made the cage definitely improved since those bad reviews . 10/10 it’s perfect and easy to build .
