I purchased this solely for reviews in blood pressure monitoring. Absolutely way off. Don’t buy very inaccurate. Also don’t but from mth shopping. Contacted me via WhatsApp after amazon agreeing return. Then somehow changed my original returns email stating send to the USA at a cost of 45 dollars. Tried calling amazon but I think some how was hacked. Ended up calling Philippines! Still no joy! How unprofessional seller’s got your details and can do this over WhatsApp showing photo of themselves girlfriend/boyfriend abroad somewhere! Joke.

I bought this to replace another ‘step counter’ that looked like a Fitbit which died after only 3 months of use – this was even less money – that said, I have had this one for about a week – what I love is there are tons of options to update the display (I made mine like a regular watch), it seems also all the tracking of BP, steps, sleep etc. are pretty accurate.
Some reviews mentioned difficulty getting it totally set up, my suggestion is –
1. make sure it’s charged up first
2. once charged, swipe the screen, right and look for the scan sign (see circled pic)
3. once you have the QR up, link to your phone
This will be the easiest method –
there are also YouTube videos available.

My daughter wanted a smartwatch and I wasn’t willing to get an Apple Watch for her. After doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews for several smart watches, her and I picked out this watch. My husband, who was skeptical of buying a non-Apple product, was very surprised by the quality of this product. More importantly, my daughter was thrilled and loved her watch. So many features, easy to use and great quality. So when the band broke a week later, she was devastated and I was disappointed too. I reached out to customer support that was available. Less than 48 hours later, with minimal back and forth emails (I just had to send a picture and my order #), Belle from customer support had shipped a new band. I honestly was doubtful any help would be given except an option to buy a replacement band. I was wrong! They sent a new band and my daughter and I are thrilled! So if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality watch with great customer support, this is the one!

LIKES: this watch is feature rich! It is attractive, AND inexpensive! It is so much fun to play with, I am keeping it, even though it does not deliver sufficiently on the critical features that moved me to buy it!
DISLIKES/DISAPPOINTMENTS : If this watch delivered on expectations set in the product description, I would give it 10 Stars if possible! However, Blood Pressure: very inaccurate, Pulse/OXY: I need to press watch against my wrist in order to get a reasonably accurate reading. Also, the reading does not stabilize, i.e.: it reaches the correct reading, then begins to fall to a low and inaccurate reading. Reading does not stabilize. Heart related tracking of blood pressure, pulse highs and lows, pulse/oxy… are not accurate and reliable! Weather: does not track with local temp and conditions. It is not reflecting/picking up on weather reported on my phone. The weather reporting is not a big deal to me, the health monitoring, however, is a big deal! The maker of this watch should state in their product description: This is a Sports Watch, NOT a Medical Grade Device! You should not rely on this device for Medically reliable data!

It kept saying I have 125/77-139/80 BP. So I checked my real blood pressure machine. It’s usually at 106/69. So I took off the watch for a day. My phone tells my my heart rate is 130. Nobody is wearing the watch. So I put the watch on the couch. And set it to read. It measures that my couch have 125/80 blood pressure, heart rate 99 and oxygen 98%. Apparently my couch is alive or this is fake reader. I thought maybe my heart beating vibrated the couch and it detected that? So I tried again with ottoman far away from me. It says my ottoman is alive too. This watch is a joke. Returning it! Not worth my $45!

I purchased this watch in February 2023. I wore it every day, except at night. Charge lasts for a few days. Easy to read. Comfortable to wear. App was beneficial…used it daily for readings. It is Not accurate enough for medical use, but it gave a good guideline. I would rate it higher, however, it stopped working last week. No screen. Unable to charge. It is DEAD. I expected it to last me AT LEAST a year, but it fell short. Very disappointed.

The manufacturer FitVii refused to honor my warranty as apparently I did not buy from them directly from their Amazon shop, nor their website. The seller just completely ignored my messages. Amazon is also not helpful if your item gets damaged after the 30-day window. AVOID!

I am partially disabled and wanted an accurate step counter with other health measuring aspects of my daily life to help me measure my activity and health improvements especially performing recommended steps per day for recovery and improved mobility in my future. This device was reviewed and rated highly for step accuracy but only measures about half of my steps, even when counted manually or by my older device. . When I contacted the devices support, I was told I have to be vigorously waving my arms and hands, impossible when I am using a cane, carrying something in one or both arms or using my walker. So very disappointing and missed my return window hoping it would ‘learn’ my stride like one previous device I have used. Watch face selections also are not as informative as other devices but still very good. I will update my review if and when I can continuously wave my arms and hands, and the device accurately counts my steps, Other measurements are not constant like some more expensive devices but very helpful and seemingly accurate, like sleep, heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen. Also accurately shows temperature (weather) which is very helpful for planning activities outdoors. Finally, customer service actually gave me a partial refund for my experience which is really quite unusual and indicates a reputable merchant.
