This unit was affordable, easy to install, and perfect for my small space! HOWEVER, I almost sent it back, because when I first plugged it in and left it on for a few hours, there was no cold air. As a last-ditch effort, I hit the “test” then “reset” button on the plug in the outlet and immediately felt the cold air kick in. My room cooled off very quickly. Somewhat noisy, but that is great for me because I live on a busy city street.

This ac was bought for the purpose of cooling my room enough that I can be in there and sleep in there without it feeling suffocating and it did just that. My room and hallway are so much cooler now and it’s bearable. Granted it not freezing it still is so much better than it was. I’m currently in the midst of a heatwave and this air conditioner helped immensely. I currently have it set to cool on high and it’s working well. It is a bit noisy but it’s so much better than the ac I had. My old ac was a lot bigger and couldn’t be put upstairs it was also so much louder. But my old ac was a lot colder. Even though the old ac was colder it didn’t help much because upstairs would still be hot as heat rises. This ac was also a lot cheaper than the one I gave away and this one has a remote. It also is more appealing to look at compared to the old one. It works well but don’t go into it expecting extremely cold ac. It does get really cold but it takes time. It took about 30-45 minutes to properly cool my room which is fairly small. I am excited to test out the modes and see how well it does shutting off when the room reaches the proper temperature. I didn’t just buy the ac for me but for my animals too. I work a lot and I want to make sure they are okay. I will update my review in about a month and see how well it does going into the hottest months. The lowest the ac will go is 64 so do keep that in mind.

Great for the summer! It works well for the price but I had a hard time building and installing it. My roommate has a different brand that was much easier to build and sits in her window better (but mine is cheaper and works just as well). It was incredibly difficult to screw the window support shelf in on the top of the unit. Also the back came a bit damaged. A bit loud but and clunky looking but all in all it’s a good AC and I definitely would recommend, especially if you’re on a budget!

I bought this used on Amazon Marketplace. It was missing screws but luckily a neighbor had extra for me. Also, some of the “fins” on the back was bent. Otherwise, it works great. I have a decent sized room and it keeps it cool. I have central AC but my room is the hottest in the house. I also use it for the sound and it’s pretty quiet compared to the old one I just took out. It came looking mostly new and it is clean looking and easy to use. It doesn’t have a smell and it allows me to sleep comfortably.

This AC works well and is great for the price. I don’t usually post a review so soon after buying a large item of this sort but will revise if needed. It came right to my house and had straps around the box that made it much easier to pick up (I’m a 62 year old woman). I like white noise so the quiet sound of this machine is fine. Happy purchase from a happy customer!

It’s not very cold at all. At least it’s better than the fan in my room. Little disappointed that it’s not cold as it should be. Was easy to to install.
Update: it took a little while after being installed but it got cold. My only problem is I can hear water sounds.

received replacement today. It is rated for 150 sq ft room, and works amazingly in my home office of approximately 85 sq ft. was only on for about 15 minutes and the room was about 6 degrees cooler. a bit on the loud side but tolerable of a hum, looks great in its egg shell white, and very simple to install.
