I liked it at the start but it broke within 6 mo of purchase. I used weekly to trim my beard and it startled rattling and then the insides of it broke and a bunch of small plastic pieces came out. From that point on it wouldn’t turn on. Will never buy again.

Sent them to my son in college. He said all good and honestly FaceTiming and photos he looks so much better. They must work well because his cuts look straight and I assume easy to use he adjusted them damn near perfect.

Loved this kit. I do have a couple clunky plug-in, pro models. This is a lightweight version that does the job. Only complaint, is the battery life and charging. The battery is okay but goes from zoom, zoom to, zero without warning, dead is seconds. Then we have the charger. You plug it in and there is a little green lite that is constant. While the directions say don’t overcharge, there is no way to know and no indication that there might be a charging shut off. Really? I have to be home to guess when my razor is charged, or burning my house to the ground?

Average battery life, blade isn’t as sharp as the previous model and you cannot use it while it’s on charge which is very inconvenient compared to the older model which you can. Spend abit more and buy the model up.

Exactly what I’ve been searching for. I bought this to trim the length of my facial hair. It cuts smooth and even. The dial to select length is awesome. So far it’s the best I’ve tried.

I bought a King C. Gillette Cordless Beard Trimmer one year ago, and it worked wonderfully during the year. However, last week it stopped working and would not recharge. I checked the manual and the product specified that it had a two year warranty. I immediately googled Gillette customer service and got the phone number. I called the number and after a short wait, I was connected with a very helpful woman. I explained the problem and she suggested some fix options, but none of them worked. She put me on hold for a few minutes, and then said that she connected with the return department, and that they would send me a new trimmer, at no cost. I gave her my contact information, and the return department sent me a request for proof of purchase. Fortunately, I bought the original trimmer on Amazon and I was able to find the original purchase order, which I copied. I sent a copy of the purchase order and within a day got confirmation that a new trimmer was in transit. Yesterday, I received the new trimmer, and it worked perfectly. Thank you Gillette.
