I have in the past used other whitening strips and while they have helped my teeth in terms of color using this product honestly helped bring my teeth to a full sparkle. I have had more people compliment my smile and ask how I have gotten my teeth so clean and white. I do think that it is so important to read the instructions because I made the mistake of assuming this was meant to stay on the teeth after brushing. NO, you need to use it before you brush your teeth otherwise you might experience some gum sensitivity throughout the day. I will definitely be repurchasing this product!

I don’t really know what texture I was expecting considering its coconut oil but I thought I would at least be able to swish it around without gagging.
