Update: after voicing concerns the company reached out and were amazing at upgrading my mask to the cloud ss, it is so much more comfy, I’m excited to see continued results!
I’ve been using this mask consistently since I received it 3 weeks ago, I do feel like my skin is more glowy and pores seem smaller the morning after using. However, it feels very very heavy on the face mainly around the eyes, middle of brows and chin area where the “support” is…It feels like it’s weighing down my eyes and brows. It leaves a really prominent marks when I am done using it no matter how I adjust and that’s why I stopped using it in the morning. I also feel like in those areas Im not getting the full benefit and a good portion of my face is missing out. I really want to like the product but I’m just unsure what the constant marks it leaves and the heaviness will result in, in the long run.

This is the second Light Therapy mask I own and I think I prefer this one as it seems more professional, very well-made and sturdy and not made of very cheap plastic. For those who don’t know, light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that enters the skin’s layers to improve the skin and treat a range of skin issues.
LED light therapy uses various wavelengths that correspond to different visible colours. Each colour penetrates the skin at different depths. With this mask, you have 3 light modes to choose from – Red+Near-infrared light, Blue and Auto mode. Red+Near-infrared light penetrates deeply into the skin and it is great for fine lines, and wrinkles and nourishing the skin. The blue light mode is excellent for pore-reducing and balancing oil production. The Auto mode stimulates healing and reduces inflammation, acne and scarring.
You can use the remote control to set the different modes and times. The mask comes with very informative instructions where you can learn how to use the mask and the benefit of light therapy on the skin. I do think this is fantastic for at-home light therapy, it’s good to add to your regime. I have used it for the last week mainly in Auto mode. It is not the most comfortable experience as the mask keeps squishing my nose but you need to use it only for 5-10 minutes so I can deal with the discomfort. The mask will turn off automatically after the time is done. You charge this via micro USB, which would have been better had it been USB-C but it’s not the end of the world.
As for results, I’m very over-analytical of my skin and I believe my skin in general seems to have improved the past week, with reduced blemishes and the redness in my cheeks has gone down. This will require regular use to see strong results however and at one week in I can’t really confirm or deny that it’s the face mask that is giving the results or maybe I’m just having a good skin week, but I do have high hopes based on research I’ve done so would definitely recommend this.

I bought the AA middle version and have only tried this once but am pleasantly surprised, despite it being a hard plastic mask they have made it so you can adjust the chin and head and side straps, and it feels fine around the eyes. Read directions and you should be fine. I’m so far very happy.

Die Maske besteht zum größten Teil aus ABS Kunststoff.
Im Inneren besitzt sie einen flexibel einstellbaren Kinnstütze (lässt sich hoch und runter schieben)
sowie einen Silikon-Einsatz für Augen und Nase.
Deshalb und auch aufgrund des Gewichtes von ca 320 Gramm lässt sich diese gut tragen
(eine ggf. erforderliche Brille kann hiermit jedoch nicht getragen werden) und stört auch nicht wesentlich beim atmen.
Die Kopfschlaufe besteht aus einem elastischen Stoff und lässt sich in der Größe einstellen.
An der rechten Seite gibt es einen Micro USB Port zum aufladen bei 5V und 1A Also 5 Watt,
der über das beiliegende USB A zu Micro USB Kabel (ca 76 cm lang) geladen werden kann (volle Aufladung dauert ca 3 Stunden).
Sollte der Akku (3,7V/1000mAh) der Maske leer sein, zeigt die Einschalttaste die farbe rot an (sonst grün).
Einen Netzstecker gibt es aber leider auch hier nicht und so muss ein USB Port, eine Powerbank oder ein Handyadapter zum laden herhalten.
Hier hätte mir persönlich ein USB C Port inkl. Netzstecker besser gefallen zumal der Preis von knappen 230 € (07/2023) dies durchaus hergegeben hätte.
In der Innenseite der Maske befinden sich zudem die 40 LEDs, die je nach Programm entweder auf blau oder rot arbeiten.
Die komplette Verarbeitung wirkt ansonsten hochwertig und sehr solide.
Die Fernbedienung besteht ebenfalls aus ABS Kunstoff. Die erforderliche CR2032 ist bereits eingelegt,
sodass nur der Kontaktschutz heraus gezogen werden muss.
Über die Taste in der Mitte lassen sich dann die 5 Modi (siehe unten) + AUS einstellen.
Lediglich die Fernbedienung zeigt an, in welchem Modus sich die Maske gerade befindet.

Rot 5, Rot 10, Blau 5, Blau 10, AUTO
Dabei steht die Farbe für die Lampen die eingeschaltet werden, also rote LED+Nahinfrarot oder blaue LED, und die Zahl für die Anzahl der Minuten die die LEDs leuchten.
Im Automodus erfolgt zuerst eine Behandlung mit rot für 10 Minuten, dann mit blau für 10 Minuten.
Sowohl Einführungsheft als auch Anleitung sind in gutem deutsch verfasst und leicht verständlich.
Fazit
Qualität und Verarbeitung sind sehr gut, die Anwendung recht einfach, der Tragekomfort sehr gut.
Etwas schade ist, dass die Einstellungen nur per Fernbedienung vorgenommen und auch nur dort der eingestellte Modus abzulesen ist.
Auch sollte bei diesem Preis ein Netzladegerät und USB C standardmäßig mit an Board sein.
Alles weitere, auch ob die versprochene Wirkung tatsächlich eingetreten ist, kann ich derzeit nicht beurteilen (Testzeitraum bisher etwa 2 Wochen). Dies muss daher der Langzeittest zeigen.

I have been using this for only a few days, so I can’t yet say whether it has improved my skin. But after a bad experience with a serum which irritated my skin and caused an outbreak, I wanted to try a gentler solution. I have sensitive skin with redness and some dark spots. I’m using this with a combination of red light and near infrared light. Because I’m very short sighted, when I’m wearing this and am therefore unable to wear my glasses, I can’t see a thing. So I put on a podcast and then just listen to it for 10 minutes while this mask is doing its thing. It’s not completely comfortable to wear, but it’s not terrible. I guess everyone has different face shapes so this doesn’t feel like it fully fits right, even with the adjustable chin thing. There’s a slight warming sensation and perhaps psychosomatically I find it a little bit harder to breathe when I am wearing this mask.
So using this mask is a bit uncomfortable but bearable. It does feel really well made and technological, so I will keep using it every day and hopefully will get some good results. I am glad I have it.

We have someone in the family who has a skin condition and suffers from acne. They have one of these and to swear by it, saying it does help clear up the skin.
I am lucky enough not to be such a person. However, Father Time is catching up with me and my face, so any product that offers a defence against ageing and wrinkles has got to be worth a shot. We’ve tried all the creams, why not this?
First thing to say is I don’t find this mask particularly comfortable. It’s far easier for me to wear it laying down than it is sitting up. It has a rectangular piece of plastic which does slide up and down that is supposed to help sit more comfortably on your chin, However I don’t find it particularly helpful.
This is not the end of the world if you intend to wear it laying down as I do. You may be fine with it. I have been following the instructions and wearing this for 10 to 15 minutes every day for the last couple of weeks and honestly… I’m not sure if that really is enough time for me to actually form an opinion on if this is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I will continue, but truth be told I am not in a position where I can absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this product as doing what it is advertised to do… At this point.
I will be happy to update further if I have something else to add. I will say that the packaging is lovely, the fact that it is cordless is great and the remote works very well.

This device gave me red marks on under my right eye area, making my face looks terrible. I tried once in the morning and once before bed for about a week. This redness has not gone away yet.
The weight of this mask is a problem since it put too much pressure on the area between my eyebrows giving a hollow appearance.
GYH has given me for free an upgraded version of their LED Face Mask “CLOUD-SSS Phototherapy Mask,” which has given me great results. I truly appreciate their effort to meet my expectations about the use of their product. Therefore, I highly recommend GYH’s CLOUD-SSS Phototherapy Mask.

I am very interested in this LED mask light therapy. There are eight colors of light to choose from, with each color representing different wavelengths. It’s designed in a face mask style, allowing me to sit instead of lying down. The wireless functionality allows me to walk around if needed. I personally love this facial light therapy mask device for skin care because of its comfortable yet non-contact design.

Very simple to use. It can only be controlled by the remote, the button on the mask is purely to turn it off and on. The two red light modes are quite bright around the eyes so best to shut your eyes while using but the blue and NIR mode are fine. Takes 4 weeks of daily use before any visible improvements so it’s a long term commitment.
In terms of wearing it does feel slightly claustrophobic, especially if wearing lying down. A couple of nostril holes would have been better on it as it eventually heats up with your breathing, adding to the claustrophobic feeling.
