Excelente e fácil de configurar. Tem duas coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas. O equipamento vem com um folheto avulso onde consta uma tabela de níveis de força para homens e mulheres. Essa tabela poderia ser impressa no corpo do próprio equipamento ou o próprio equipamento mostrar em que nível o usuário está ao final do teste. Outra coisa chata é que essa tabela avulsa está somente em libras, que não é uma medida padrão para o Brasil. Já o equipamento em si pode ser configurado para libras ou kilos mas se deixar em kilos, o usuário vai ter que fazer a conversão para libras para saber em que nível ele se encontra.

I highly doubt the accuracy of these over the mechanical style ones, especially given the price. But they’re a fun party trick. 🥳

It does give me a grip strength measurement and can be used to track increase in strength over time. Use it along with exercises to heal a golf elbow and track my progress on increasing strength in my grip and all muscles and tenders used to move my fingers. It is plastic but appears that it will last.

I bought this one for me and my buddies to settle a bet.
I’m uncertain about the accuracy. It was telling me 178lbs. 😐 at minimum it can be used to see who grips harder, bit it’s not accurate with how many pounds of force you are gripping.

I recently went to a UW science expo where a student had me use a dynometer. My grip strength is poor in one hand and at the very bottom of normal range in the other. She told me that this tool indicates overall strength, stamina, and frailty, especially in seniors like me. Such a simple, quick test can tell so much about our well-being. I came home and purchased a set of eggs, donuts and finger stretchers to increase my grip. I will use them to exercise since this hard plastic handle would hurt if I used it repeatedly. It’s uncomfy for me, so I will use it solely to test my progress. This simple, inexpensive tool measured the same level as the university’s expensive tool did, so I believe it’s quite accurate and it’s a great price! And my family enjoyed testing their grips too, revealing the difference between their two hands.
